"The food was good just like every other resort, I did have issues checking in they made me pay even though I booked on Expedia so I had check in a hour later after my group did trying to sort that out. Other than that beautiful resort, but if you’re looking for a party that’s not it, families and couples everywhere but I do recommend "

"Very much enjoyed our stay here. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean/ well appointed with amazing views. Staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, spa was nice (but on the pricier side for what you get), restaurant options and food was good. Pool options were great, whether you want sunrise or sunset, views were clutch! Vibe was chill. "

"Bad service from start to finish. This is not the relaxing 5 star resort they claim to be. It’s a super resort all inclusive money making machine. From start to finish the front desk is not welcoming or helpful at check in or check out. The beach and pool servers are all annoyed to be there outside of 1/4 of the days we had a good server. All 4 restaurants we had bad service at. The food was above average for all inclusive but nothing amazing. They charge highly inflated food and drink prices so that when you tip on every pool/lunch/dinner etc meal the tips add up to hundreds per day if you leave 15% Our first room was right on the road even though we booked an ocean view room it was very loud and we had to be moved. There were 3 weddings at the resort in 4 days of us being there one being an extremely loud Indian wedding. They do water aerobics in the pool everyday for an hour and play extremely loud music to it. Disturbing 100 people around the pool for the 8 people interested in doing it. If your thing is slightly elevated all inclusive then stay here. The beach and pools are nice. The restaurants are nice. But it is far from a relaxing 5 Star experience. We will not return nor suggest anyone does. Zoetry was far better for less money. "

"This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for all inclusive."
