"My stay at Hotel Abrego was extremely disappointing. The room was in deplorable condition: dirty towels, black stains on the walls, and clearly unwashed bed linens. The conditions were completely unhygienic for the price the hotel advertises and charges. It was unacceptable to find a room in that state. However, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Liliana, Estefania, William, Margarita, and Porfirio. Their service was truly outstanding, professional, and very friendly, and they deserve all the praise. Overall, due to the unsanitary conditions of the room, I would not recommend staying at this hotel"

"The hotel is very nice. They are undergoing renovation so it was a bit noisy. But mainly, the hotel is on such a busy street and while the noise stopped by 10 p.m. it started up at a little after 5 a.m. There was no way to sleep after that. The room was nice - very large and the bed super comfy. The bathroom was tiny. "

"Amazing stay. I couldn't recommend it more. Check-in process was great and informative, the staff were super nice. The room was spotless, great beds, great towels, drinking water, and had coffee on hand for the coffee maker. Restaurant had incredible views, good food, and great staff. "
