"I'll start by saying that the "included breakfast" wasn't included. It's a sit down restaurant that you pay extra for. I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been replenished, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door on arrival. Also, no blowdryer. I mention that because I've never been in any hotel room without one. Not even the $100 or less hotels, while this one was almost $300cad. The pool was over chlorinated and dirty on the bottom. There also are no microwaves in the room, you need to go to the little store next to front desk to use a community one. On that note, the prices are insane in that little snack area. The positives: the view from our room was good- but it was a different property. The location was good for us, as we needed a place close to Elevation Church. The bed was comfy enough for sleeping, and the workout room had new equipment. Ultimately, we were unimpressed. We won't book there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others. "

"The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. He watched everything you did and would tell you as soon as you opened the lid to get something to close it fast. I also over heard a argument between him and another guest cause he was being extremely rude to him too. Other then those 2 issues. We had a great stay "

"This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The home was comfortable with everything that we needed for our short stay. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. "

"The house in Pineville was a good value for us and suited our needs very well. The fenced yard for the dog and the large parking area for the truck and trailer we had were selling points. We had issues with the washing machine and dishwasher not working, which the host was willing to have looked at, but we had trouble coordinating it so asked them to wait until we left (which they did.). It wasn’t a deal breaker and we enjoyed our stay otherwise. It was exactly what we needed for our trip down there to help my son move. "
