Péssimo

A única característica que nos agradou na pousada foi a localização. A limpeza era ruim, a cama não era confortável, o Wi-Fi caiu diversas vezes e quando funcionava tinha sinal ruim, o café da manhã foi muito pobre (eles serviam uma fatia de presunto e uma fatia de queijo contados para cada hóspede, por exemplo), não havia área para secar nossa roupa, não havia mapa turístico da cidade, mas o pior, sem sombra de dúvidas, foi o atendimento. Não das camareiras e funcionárias, mas dos gerentes e proprietários. Péssimo. Não davam sequer “bom dia” e mal responderam nossos cumprimentos. Nunca recebi tratamento tão ruim. Lamentável!

Boa tarde ! Passei um fim de semana com minha filha e neto e foi tudo maravilhoso , a pousada é ótima, limpeza impecável, atendimento nota 1000, de todos . Sempre muito educadas, simpáticas, prestativa , só tenho a agradecer pelo carinho e atenção. Quarto confortável, arejado , limpo ,com uma varandinha com mesa e cadeiras que foi muito útil, já que almocavamos na pousada ( comprei comida fora) gostei muito da pousada , achei Boa localização. Apenas uma sugestão, colocar sanduicheira elétrica, isso faz muita falta. Mas pedi e a atendente esquentou meu pão, mas seria bem melhor ter , a piscina é realmente pequena, como já vi reclamações disso , mas quem quer saber de piscina com tantas praias lindas pra conhecer ? Eu amei ter piscina , chuveiro pra tirar a areia da praia antes de entrar no quarto, ou ficar um pouquinho na piscina até chegar nossa vez , de tomar banho , outra coisa que reclamaram foi que eles só trocam toalhas a cada 2 dias , bem eu achei justo . Eu troco toalhas na minha casa uma vez por semana . Enfim.....vá sem frescura . Na minha opinião, ótimo custo benefício.
