Recomendo, ótima localização

Estive alguns dias em família, possui um bom custo benefício! Ótimo atendimento, ótima piscina, obviamente que por ser um hotel mais antigo, precisa de algumas renovações, mas como o hotel está em reforma, acredito que chega lá. A vista e atendimento são o ponto forte do hotel. O valor é muito justo, por isso avalio como ótimo! Certamente em Buzios não terá algo com esse custo benefício.

Ótimo custo benefício

Levando em consideração o custo benefício, a estadia foi ótima. Por se tratar de um hotel de baixo custo em Búzios, considero como incrível. A localização é sem igual, pé na areia, o hotel é antigo, está em reforma. O hotel ainda precisa de muitos ajustes, mas temos que levar em conta o preço, e pelo valor, se torna um ótimo hotel. Próximo a várias praias (5 a 10 minutos de carro das praias famosas de Búzios). O atendimento é nota 10, a equipe está sempre pronta para atender, a piscina é muito boa, com vista para praia. Resumindo, eu e minha família gostamos muito.

muito bom

muito bom, hotel fica próximo do mar não da praia. pra quem vai de carro não há problemas as praias são próximas 4 a 8km de distância apróximadamente. acesso as praias pra quem não tem carro, em frente o hotel só esperar uma van elas levam até os lugares da cidade. sobre a estadia, nada a reclamar, recepção bem atenciosos e são bem gentis. como o hotel é de frente para o mar, venta bastante, então a única ventilação que tem é pela sacada que tem uma porta de correr. os quartos tem ar condicionado. Muito bom adorei!

Hotel sucateado, tudo velho e improvisado. Sem conforto algum.No banheiro não tinha nem suporte de toalhas e sabonete, que estavam quebrados.E para piorar não tinha água no primeiro dia de estadia.Já no segundo dia, havia água porém estava fria e mais parecia uma bica de tão pouca que saía.No quarto apenas três canais funcionavam e se não tivéssemos pedido, não teríamos controle remoto.A praia fica em frente ao hotel, porém não possui cadeiras e guarda-sóis. Apenas estou reclamando devido a tarifa cobrada que é equivalente à de uma pousada de nível superior. Vocês do site deveriam ser mais seletivos na escolha de seus hotéis e pousadas, pois foi bem frustrante.

Não muito agradável. Banheiro grande mas com box apertado, camas com base em madeira pintada, tv de tubo 20 polegadas onde só pegava 2 canais, wifi não pegava no quarto que fiquei. A unica coisa que funcionou bem foi o ar condicionado. Café da manhã simples, pão, queijo prato, presunto, ovo e salsicha. Margarina, não tinha requeijão e nem manteiga e para bebidas café, leite, e sucos de caixinha adicionado água alem de serem servidos em copo descartável.

My room needed work

The hallways are clean, the breakfast is good, the wifi worked great, and the staff was friendly. The hotel sits on a nice beach; the view on the beach side is lovely. However, the owners need to invest in significant upgrades and assure that the rooms are clean and dust free. Water leaked from the shower into the toilet area and created a big, gross puddle. The ceiling in the shower looked really univiting with water marks and ugly signs of wear and tear. Dirt and what seemed like rodent droppings sat on top of a light fixture in the bathroom. There was a big gap between the wall and the air conditioner that allowed insects and other uninvited creatures to visit the room. The painted wooden bed with a thin foam mattress was uncomfortable. The white paint on the bed was worn and peeling off. The bed sheets were clean but there were a few tiny holes in the pillow case that looked like they were created by insects. Such pillow cases should be retired as they send the wrong signal. The TV is from the 1990s and the remote control did not work. Wooden shelves line one wall but some of the shelves were unstable. Most light fixtures did not work. The small refrigerator worked well but the shelves were corroded. The shelves, bed, light fixtures, television, refrigerator and air conditioner need to be upgraded. i have described my experience in my room. I am unaware of what other rooms look like and so would not rush to generalize.

O hotel parece estar abandonado, todo sujo, poucos hóspedes e poucos funcionários, além do café da manhã ser muito ruim (apenas pão e uns 2 tipos de frutas).
