If you are after the Ritz then dont bother stopping here. But if you want value for money 5 minutes from the Jetty precinct and central to everything Busselton then this is the place. The home is clean and beds are comfy. Plenty of room to relax and so close to all amenities. We had a relaxing time here and will be back again for sure!

Very convenient to beach
Stay was pleasurable but needs plumbing fixed toilet when flushed gives impression going to overflow and taps need tight turning or drips as a 70 with arthritis was a bit hard and as no tv remote which was delivered no batteries I had to purchase batteries and Tv needs reprogramming as I could only get Netflix and channel 7 drizzle of oil over the top of steak. A guest file would be recommended with BarsRenting details and TV programming eg passwords internet etc but clean and homely
The house was nowhere near what we were expecting especially for THAT price ! It is equivalent to how much you’d pay at the Ritz Carlton and this place was disgustingly atrocious ! Either demolish the whole house or fix the place as people are complaining about the SAME issues! Should’ve checked the reviews prior to checking in.
This place should be condemned it is absolutely disgusting from the front door to the back door carpets are ripped paints are falling off the wall and ceiling all furniture is heavy stained.oven doesnt work Rats were reported and photographed

Cleanliness
Bed sheets had stains on them, no sheets only mattress protectors on bunk beds.
Plates, dishes and cutlery no clean.
The home was tidy. Ideal location when you have 2 dogs to walk with dog beach just over the road and 2 really nice parks very close by. Town centre a walk away or less than 5 minutes drive. Other way was IGA & small shops & BWS. Up near the canal just up from IGA lovely coffee shop. Disappointing that the home didn’t have any grass area only dirt which isn’t ideal for dogs. Also a small table and chairs would have been nice to have in the back yard to sit out at end of day with a drink but we improvised with what we found. All in all we had a great time there. Jane

Well below average
Whilst the location is good, this house is in dire need of a makeover. The gardens are overgrown, the street appeal is zero, it is dilapidated and dirty looking.
The inside is not much better. The carpet is stained and threadbare, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, the lounge chairs are stained.
The bedsheets did not appear to be clean and when we removed the pillowcase, the pillow was a yellowing mess!
The lino floor was in good condition, but filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and smelly.
We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night. It's definitely not worth the money. We went there not expecting luxury. We did, however, expect it to be clean.
We do not recommend this place at all.
Original cladded beach house, close to a lovely beach
Perfectly located to explore Busselton and the surrounding regions.
The house has a large fridge and washing machine which is great for holidaying families. The property has one split system for aircon in the living room, while the bedrooms can get a bit warm (there are no fans) opening the windows for an ocean breeze helps.
The house most an original 50s home with dated kitchen and bathroom that is clean and functional.
This property is managed by a holiday company so some of the communication received is not via the booking application Stayz. And they didn’t initially respond to my communication via Stayz messages (I had to call their office number).
Shower has a major leak which is a slipping hazard – we had a mop handy to use prior exiting. At the least should inform guests with a note to prevent injury on a concrete floor.
Internet did not work during our stay.

Place was nice, terrible comminication
The place was nice and as listed, however the enjoyment of the stay was overshadowed by the horrible communication with Geographe Holiday Homes - I received over 20 emails and multiple text messages from different numbers asking for me to pay a deposit, and the full fee before we arrived. I paid it immediately, but was still hounded with emails and texts saying I hadn't paid. They ended up charging me twice despite me showing proof of purchase through text and email. When I brought this to their attention they said that it was my fault, and there was no apology. They did end up refunding the correct amount, but treated me horribly in the process.
