February offer. Stay any 3 nights Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and pay for 2. This offer does not extend to weekends.
Comfortable home a couple of minutes walk to the shores of Geographe bay.
3 large bedrooms. 1 with king bed, 1 with a double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds.
Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with gas hob.
Large secure enclosed back yard with courtyard and barbecue.
Seperate bathroom and toilet.
Air conditioning in main area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Fetch TV and wifi.
Located in a quiet cul de sac.
Close to cycle paths, the bay, and 2 minutes drive to the jetty.

We stayed over the Christmas/New Years break - access and check in was very easy and Lorraine is great! So responsive and very accomodating.The house is as presented - basic but clean and location is perfect. Very quiet and 5mins walk from the beach.

I had a great couple of days at the house.Its located in a very quiet street 2 blocks back from the beach.Plenty of parking space, huge backyard backing onto a nature reserve, and easy access from the new road through the tuart forest.Lorraine was very easy to deal with and recommended some good places to eatThere was an IGA and a bottle shop just around the corner for beer and snacks.I'll definitely stay again? But for a bit longer.Highly recommended. Brendan

I had a lovely stay at the holiday house.It was very comfortable and had everything that I needed.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.The backyard was spacious and secure and the house is a couple of minutes walk away from the beach.It is a few minutes drive to the jetty and there is a small shopping centre just around the corner.I will definitely stay again.Lorraine was a very responsive host.

Fantastic quiet location, short 2 minutes walk to the beach and a short cycle on our bikes to the local shop. Great enclosed backyard for our dog. Comfortable king size bed in main room. The house had everything we needed for a cosy stay.

Good location

Pre-Christmas getaway

We enjoyed how close the beach was to the property, allowing us to walk down every morning. We were comfortable and had access to all of the necessary amenities. The backyard was spacious and secure, ideal for the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Very disappointing

Property had chairs/stools on the kitchen bench and table when we arrived we had to sort that out, not at all welcoming first impression. The laundry had a pile of dirty washing including underwear sitting on top of washing machine. The kitchen table was dirty/ sticky and needed a good clean. Over all cleanliness in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen was very poor, they all need a good deep clean. Have photo evidence of this. We feel we should at least receive a refund of the cleaning fee

Another lovely stay

David and Lorraine very kindly accommodated me and my dog at short notice. The house is very comfortable and in a sleepy street. It was a very peaceful stay but only a few minutes from the town centre

Good location needs a deep clean

For the price, was disappointed in cleanliness. Shower gel pump empty no soap or coffee/tea provided. Washing machine and dryer full of bed linen. Laundry sink covered in dry paint. Great location but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Just like home

We as a family came to Busselton to celebrate a 50th birthday. The property was just right for our purposes. ps There are two dripping taps that do need attention, the washbasin and the laundry trough.

Loved our stay here. Beautifully clean and tidy, comfortable bedding with plenty of windows to let in the natural sunlight and warmth. A few minutes walk to a calm and crystal clear water quiet beach where dogs are allowed too. Local to everything and only 5 mins drive to the main centre of Busselton. Great enclosed backyard with a good size of grassed area perfect for kids or furry friends to play on. Loved our stay, thank you again!

Amazing

House was perfect. We took our dog and house was well set up for our 3 kids & dog. Really is a 2 minute walk to the dog beach and easy distance from everything in Busselton. Very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable weekend. Looking forward to staying again.

Great weekend break

We had a lovely stay back in January. Great to have properties that allow dogs, especially with the location of the property being so close to the dog beach. Fantastic, would stay again.
