"Fantastic experience! Cosmos hotel is centrally located and a short walk to the subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast is expansive and robust. The room was very large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel needs to brighten up the elevator and hallways. It is so dark that you can barely see anything. Brightening it up also makes it more cheerful. There is no shower cap provided in the bathrooms. The floors needs to be changed to a smooth one for modern day luggage to move around and it looks cleaner than carpet. The elevator and rooms needs to be upgraded to a card instead of the old fashion key. This provides better security for its guests and easier to keep track of. My husband lost one key and we paid $8 USD. A card will be much easier, less bulky, more convenient and less costly."

"My sister and I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much. They provided free water bottles at the hallway, and one day we needed to stay longer in the room and put a sign up for changing towel later. Surprisingly a bag of fresh towels and coffee dripped bags, tea bags was placed in front of our hotel room. it was quiet during the four nights we were there. The location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family."
