In terms of room cleanliness, location, and convenience, everything was perfect. However, the only improvement I would recommend the owner to do, would to be to reach out earlier to send a detailed instruction on how to get to you room after check in hours which is 3pm on that day so people know what to expect , other then that, everything was great, the bar was comfortable , the room was flawless, there was space to put the luggage, and the washroom was bigger then many I’ve seen and overall incredible.

It was a little bit confusing when we had to do the check in but once we got in contact with the office number was easier. Overall the stay was pretty good and notnproblem at all.

Location is excellent - subway is 1 min away. Closest market food is just outside the entrance and lots of stores and restaurants. Rooms looks pretty new and were comfortable. It's a hotel without reception. You can check in and out in a few different ways. We used KakaoTalk and it worked flawlessly. We also got a code for a room to store our luggage in since we arrived early and asked for it. Really recommended - would return.

Easy check-in and out. Nice and close to everything, train, shopping, restaurants, and markets. Only thing was hard to find at first. (1 block away from the Jagalchi-ro train station, luggage use exit 5 than walk up till you see the G25 convince store, than turn right n the hotel entrance is on the left side) hope this helps. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay!

Clean and comfortable, shower is awesome. The apartment is right in the center and close to metro. Fridge a bit smelly. Only thing they should improve is the communication for the check in, they should have known it was impossible for them to send their email address via hotels.com. Overall is excellent, will highly recommend it to everyone.

Check in was a bit confusing but that was entirely my fault for reading the special instructions on booking confirmation. Otherwise, the room, which is really a one bed studio, was nice and clean and in a good location. I was happy enough, I extended my stay.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Walking distance to food and shopping. Although we didnt ask for daily cleaning of the room, the staff provided fresh towels, toilet paper and drinks. Easy check in and put via whatapps. For improvement, could provide more information in English on rubbish disposal.

Upon arrival to the outside building I was nervous that the room photos could be fake… but it really was as beautiful, if not more, than the photos. The room was clean, stylish, and beautiful. My ocean view absolutely blew me away. Check in was easy and I could walk to everything! Food just outside the hotel at night and again, the view blew my mind. I think I took about 10374629 pictures. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Terrible self check-in process

The location is great. Only 1 min walking distance from metro station. But the hotel staff asked guests to contact them via email before check-in in order to provide self check-in password. However, the staff didn’t replied me emails and no one answered hotel’s phone number until 4pm. There head office staff replied me but couldn’t provide any check in help. It is inconvenient for foreigners to receive check-in detail after check-in time even I tried to contact the hotel in many ways whole day. It’s a terrible check-in process. On the other hand, there is washing machine in the room but it’s extra charge unless you stay more than 7 days.

It’s contactless self check in which we weren’t aware or expecting for a hotel as it was not mentioned in the booking. Initially thought it was rather odd how the building is shared with another hotel on 3rd floor however to speak to front desk, you have to WhatsApp them for check in and check out and for other room requests. Other than that, hotel is nearby BIFF Square and Nampo shopping district, only thing is that the lobby and surrounding areas is a little sketchy, especially for solo female travellers. I recommend staying here with a partner just in case. Other than that, it is closer to Busan station but quite far if u intend to travel to haeundae areas to explore. So commute time is close to 1hr everywhere else.

You need to be confident with KTalk.WhatsApp and Line. It is self check in with texting on KTalk app.You confirm 24hours before and they are suppose to send you a txt with room and door code 2.30pm the day of your stay. Problem is they didn’t send anything! We sent a txt on KTalk but they didn’t reply until an hour and a half later at almost 5pm. Luckily we found the Radiant box room on the 5th floor you can ring the doorbell all you want, nobody is there! But it had alternate QR codes for contact through What’s App. No answer to our call but they at least txted 15minutes later. They won’t send details on email either. If we didn’t have access to a second app or QR code we would have been very distressed. We don’t speak Korean. The glib apology for the inconvenience was Sorry we will try harder next time. The room however was clean It has NO crockery, cups or cutlery. You cannot use the washer or stove The only thing you get besides bed linen is kettle,soap,towels and toilet paper. Very spartan living but good beds,view and showers.

Convenient and easy to access, but no cups, spoons or anything and as a guest you are not allowed to use the cooking top or the washing machine, though they are pictured when you book. Also two pairs of old socks were left in a drawer when we arrived. Otherwise fine, the bed is good and the bathroom is too.
