This was a fantastic property to stay at, and our kids loved the tall views as well as the spacious rooms / living spaces. The check-in process wasn’t very clear. We discovered that after walking into the main lobby, we needed to take the elevator down to B-4 in order to check in with the LCT property management people. Same with checkout. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to stay again!

The property itself is amazing and well stocked with amenities like kitchenware. However the check in process is terrible and getting help with anything around the building like food delivery is difficult. Definitely not like the 5 star hotel next door. We moved to Signiel because of this.

Ok for local people. Foreigners should stay somewhere else. You also don’t get any views when the weather is bad. The management does not offer any service. Not worth the price.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY

Our 17 month old child walked through the automatic revolving front door with a guardian and got his foot stuck under the revolving door that led to two fractures on his foot. We had to rush to the emergency room on our own. No one offered to call for emergency transportation. No apologies. We were left helpless. I do not recommend for families.

LCT 레지던스 부모님을 모시는 가족 여행에 좋습니다, 호텔은 원룸이라서 2개를 예약해야하지만, LCT는 일반 집처럼 방, 거실, 부엌이 있어 편리합니다. 대가족 경우는 평수 넓은 걸로 선택해야 할 듯 하네요
