Great location for visiting BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Lots of food stalls nearby too. The sea view was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located in good location.
But it’s very not clean and not comfortable.
The room was dirty when we have checked in - bathroom, pillows, floor.
The bad is really not comfortable.
During checking in, we got only one key.
We have asked for one more, but answered that we need to give deposit for it.
We got only one tower daily despite the fact we were two in the room
Quite new, very convenient location and near to key tourist locations and big shopping malls.
Ample staff at reception (3), speaks English and helpful.
Transport is good - Bus and metro.
Extremely convenient location for dining, shopping at a reasonable and economical accommodation fee!
Microwave is a bonus facility in room, especially outside temp under 10°C
Comfortable & room is reasonably big. Location is convenient. However, the negative side is that toilet paper cannot be throw into the toilet bowl, making it very inconvenient.
Rooms were a bit small but the beds were comfy. We liked the extra pillows and clean towels every day. We wished the TVs had an English option as we couldn’t really use it or watch anything on it.

The hotel is very well located—just two metro stops from Busan Station and a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway. It's right in downtown Busan, near the fish market and a shopping center. My room was on the third floor and a bit noisy, but it was clean. The bathroom was very basic, with no separate shower space—just an open area with the sink and shower together, without a door or curtain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great option if you want to stay downtown. Gamcheon Culture Village is about a 40-minute walk or 10 minutes by taxi. If you’re planning to visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a taxi is the fastest and easiest option.

The location is acceptable and not far from the metro station. However, Hydraulic pressure insufficiency is a serious issue that the hotel should improve, and the room is not soundproof enough.
Perfect location. Everything is within a minute. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Bed is comfortable and clean. Only one thing - extremely weak water pressure for shower and toilet paper only discarded in bins not in toilet, which I felt awkward. However, price and convenience of location cancelled the above. Next time I would not stay because of water pressure and toilet thing.

Location is good!
The view is good!
Not is the bad things:
Low hot water pressure! Can’t even shower although I told the staff to fix it.
All the room button have dim light that make sleep very annoying.
The washroom have ventilation fan sound all the time ! Annoying …

It was a great experience and I would like to recommand to my friends and coworkers. Easy to access to the shopping area, food street, night market, tour attractions.
The only thing I felt the taxi driver sermed not willing to drop-off or pick up at the hotel spot, maybe not easy for them to drive through or take more time to drive. So I would recommand the guests to be a bit patient when waiting for for their ride.
Thanks.
Good points:
- Walking distance from BIFF Square. Excellent food and shopping around the area
- Housekeeping staff are hardworking and friendly
Areas for improvement:
- Air-conditioning does not work. The buttons on the remote are labellled in pure Korean, making it difficult for foreigners to understand
- Toilet gets clogged easily. When auto-flush system fails, flush button does not do the job either.
Close to the bus stop. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The room size is decent for Korea. Free washing machine laundry in B1 floor inside the men's washroom. I walked into the washroom anyway (I am female). There is no dryer but you can ask for a drying rack. Overall pretty good location hotel.
Location is perfect, right by the bus stop and a stone's throw from Jagalchi market and BIFF square. The place was clean and well furnished.
Some of the facilities need to be checked and updated. The toilet boasts an auto flush function that never worked once in the 4 nights we stayed there. The aircon only blew hot air as well. Granted, it was winter. But, the room could get quite hot and we did at times get sweaty without any physical exertions. Had to open the windows to cool the place down.

Located right by the fish market.
Lobby located on 2nd Fl.
1st floor one of the store right next to main entrance sells dried seafood. (Expect foul smell if you dont like them)
Lobby looks busy and unorganized with group luggage storage as lobby floor are used for luggage storage purpose.
Guestroom telephone does not work and its huge life safety matter
Place is for foreign guests and group.
Good value for the price
Left my temperpedic pillow and called same day. Though gentlemen who answered the call went above to check the lost and found as well as checking the room staff was not able to located my pillow. Only potential suspect would be housekeeper.
Rather new n clean, deluxe sea view room rather spacious. Staying at 14/F, you can see part of the bridge only cause the seafood market building is blocking the view. 16/F or above can have a better view. Counter is very helpful in answering and help searching for metro n express bus station info.
Only drawback is the toilet. The notice about :don't put tissue into the toilet which will cause clogging - is rather scaring. Maybe the translation problem. There is no problem in putting tissue inside. Maybe the warning is about putting a lot of tissue!
check-in and check-out was smooth, fast and easy. location is great, I found Nampo area much better than Seomyeon. lots of shopping = malls and markets within 15min walking, plenty of cafes, restaurants and food stalls within 15min walking, train / subway / metro and bus stops are within 5min walking. there was a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, wardrobe, plenty of towels given daily and 2 bottles of water daily. the issue that I had was that shower was broken and the TV does not recognise USB device which made it difficult to enjoy my stay and they wouldn't let me change rooms even though it was a 7 night stay. the reception staff came to fix my shower at 10pm. I had to watch my shows via my mobile phone instead of using the big TV that was in my room, it dampened my experience...
