Perfect stay with great amenities

Great hotel with excellent customer service. The manager has been extremely helpful with our questions and needs. The breakfast was A+. The hotel is located in the central old town of Bursa, close proximity to many attraction was a great plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was the best for shopping. Just across the bazaar. Reception was accommodating and hotel was clean and beautiful. Will be back.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach on foot from most of the major tourist areas. Public transit is available nearby. The breakfast was impressive as was the view from the room. The room was spacious and clean, with a new feel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Clean and large rooms, ours had a nice large terrace with a view of the hills. Very convenient in terms of proximity to sights and public transport. There is even a taxi stand in the same lane. Elaborate and nice Turkish breakfast. Loved it and will stay again if I'm in Bursa.

This hotel is outstanding the staff went out of their way anyway, they could to help me from the restaurant to the front desk. They were all so very nice. The hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining that you could ever need. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone else, I would like to tell everyone at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a really nice hotel to stay in — different in architecture and squeezed in-between buildings in the old town of Bursa. Staff were not particularly fluent in English, but acted in a supportive and friendly manner. We liked the social space on the first floor which was welcoming and nice.

Very nice room, the breakfast was just okay though, and was not catered for non Turkish people. The hotel is closed to everything which was a plus.
