Big rooms, breakfast included and best we have had in 5 cities! Close to historical sites. Mountain/city views. Staff is great and really helpful. Liked it so much we decided to stay another night in Bursa.

Disappointed

The Hotel was ok, I asked twice for batteries for the remote control, they were duds. I left the Hotel a Day early as a bus load of teenagers descended they were running around two levels slamming slamming slamming doors including banging on my door until 3 am. Nobody put a stop to this behaviour teachers or staff. So left disgusted. I would like to be reimbursed for two days. Total disregard for myself and other independent guests

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı! Odalardaki halılar muhtemelen otel ilk açıldığındaki halılar ve çok pis, yataklar çok rahatsız edici, banyo çok kötü, bide odalara kâğıt havlu ve peçete koymuyorlarmış.

Mitten im Rotlichtviertel und einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße (auch Nachts) war es sehr laut. Frühstück war nicht so berauschend. Für Kinder kaum Auswahl. Zum trinken gabs Wasser, Tee oder Kaffee. Nichtmal Saft für die Kinder. Fazit: Wenn man mit Kinder nach Bursa kommt lieber anderes Hotel.

Parfait !

Super séjour reposant. L'hôtel était super. Pas de nuisance,... Rien! Niquel ! Le personnel très respectueux et aux petits soin pour la clientèle ! Si il n'y a pas de place pour vous garer devant l'hôtel vous laissez vos clés de voiture et le voiturier s'occupe de garer votre voiture dans le parking partenaire de l'hôtel. Je reviendrai pour mon prochain séjour à Bursa.

Otelin pencere doğramaları alüminyum ve aralıklı, dışarının sesi olduğu gibi odanın içinde uyumak mümkün değil. Kaldığımız odanın lavabosu kırıktı, odanın ve özellikle banyonun temiz olduğunu söyleyemem.
