"Location: fantastic Age: old hotel with huge history and you will feel it. Lift was not working but staff is always ready to help and carry up all the bags. Separate Iron room. Pretty cold in the room, either extra heating needed - air conditioner; or enjoy the fresh air. Didn’t like bathroom because of the bath itself, but not shower box; super small sizes of the bathrobes Advantage: possible to add an extra sleeping space for a child (extra fee) Breakfast: ok, basic Spa: good!"

"Went there to celebrate my Wife's Birthday and she was upset with the stay. Do not book this hotel by looking at pictures. It’s not how it looks. And hotel wants to demand more money when asked for the room showed in picture. Also before booking I tried calling hotel for room confirmation but “No answer”. After booking called hotel to inform about late arrival “no answers”. Even Expedia Agent tried contacting 2-3 times they did not answer them as well. Well thanks to Expedia they are always there for support."

"This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic standard of comfort and service. "
