"Great front desk. Room clean. 5 min from train. Great public transport. Buy a day pass at the train station. Laundry hard to use in room I just used the short cycle. Overall excellent. Small kitchen but well furnished"

"I accidentally booked this Adina serviced apartment as I had meant to book the other Adina Apartment hotel tht I stayed for a couple of weeks, a few years ago. The difference in this apartment is tht it is a serviced apartment that is serviced every three to four days. The apartment was large and very tastefully decorated. It was nearer to the Hbf and so had similar transportation conveniences. This one had a common laundry facility that required an app to be downloaded, and to be paid online. My only gripe was tht there was no coffee or tea, though I recommend just walking 3 mins to the nearby bakery to get one. As noted by others, reception wasn’t exactly the warmest but they were not rude. All in all, I still prefer the other Adina (though it was more expensive) as that had a restaurant and bar and laundry facilities in the room!"

"A wonderful place to stay - and historic as well. The property is lovely and close to everything. The staff is very professional and cordial. Don't miss the spa area even if you aren't having a massage. It is lovely and if you can go when it first opens you will really enjoy the very large, beautiful spa/jacuzzi. There is nothing like it. The exercise area is fully equipped with all the machines you need. A special shout out to Ana, the spa director for showing me around. But more than anything, take a cocktail or wine at the world famous Mirror Bar. It is lovely and the drinks are beyond unique. You will have a specially trained bar person help you pick the drink that you will thoroughly enjoy. The drinks are a little high but not by U.S. big city standards. You might need a reservation, so I would check it out as soon a you arrive. Oh, yes, the room is comfortable and the bathroom is well lit with a very good shower. You will enjoy staying here."

"Perfect location: train, subway, even tour bus Hop on Hop off stops near by. Restaurants and stores in walking distance ( great burger place just around the corner). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Free 24/7 coffee/tea/water in the lobby for hotel guests. Breakfast buffet offers a LOT of variety of food and drinks. No minibar or safe in the room."
