We booked two rooms with Queen beds during off-peak period (not school holidays, fasting month). Space was a little tight. You can smell Dettol in the freshly cleaned rooms. Staff were polite and friendly. They sorted a little patch of water (probably not dry from the cleaning) quite quickly which I appreciated. For guests with cars, there is parking in front which is under the Majlis/council jurisdiction, ie pay via app. For our needs, just for the night it’s good enough and quiet for a good rest. This area is busier during the day with nearby government office buildings. Satisfactorily good so giving it a 4* with room for improvement.

出張で利用しました。 日程が1日ずれてしまったのですが、快く対応してくれて助かりました。 チェックイン・アウトの手続きも早くて良かったです。 まあ部屋は日本のビジネスホテルのような感じですが、冷蔵庫があるのが良かったです。

If no other better choice.

Will consider to stay if no other better choice. Not too bad. Only downside is staying in rooms without window just make me feel uneasy. Sound proofing is really bad. Can here luggage rolling around from 8am.

Very clean and tidy, super comfy. Just a slightly broke at toilet's doorknob and can't close the door properly. Overall, very nice and good place to stay. Will stay there again if come back to Penang for holiday

Good place

I brought family for a few days trip to Bkt Mertajam, and stayed in this budget hotel. Considered very worth as it is cheap and has most of the things you expect. So we will come back again.
