"Great Staff"

"Unfortunately, the hotel was over booked so they had to put us up in a different hotel. While the new hotel was nice it was further away from our destination and required us to drive and pay for parking daily."

"The floor in the Shower stall was chipped and didn’t look clean to me. They said it just needed painting. I didn’t think it was professional to rent out a room in that condition. Heater kept blowing cool air. Didn’t have good sleep there. The breakfast however was good. All in all, i was not pleased and will not book there again. "

"I liked how spacious the room was and i really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. I also like there was huge window that brought in alot of natural light. I do want to say that reason i would not a rate it a 5/5 is because the cleaning service was not there every morning to change the sheets and the other amenities. Also i found a little incovenient that the sink was out side of and seperate from the tiolet area."

"Was a group on our floor that was partying and yelling a screaming until at least 0330. We had to get up at 0430 for a procedure at the hospital and didn’t get hardly any sleep. Not acceptable. I’m reluctant to stay again if this type of activity is happening."

"We were there because we had an appointment with Roswell Park. The hotel is conveniently located to the hospital. We were not there to site see. The hotel was nice with a decent breakfast. The staff at this hotel was amazing and most helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and helped us with parking arrangements. The shuttle service was excellent they even drove us to a restaurant and picked us up and took us to the hospital the next day. This is the hotel to stay at if you need to go to Roswell."
