Facilities is okay but staff is bad and unhelpful

Overall an okay experience. Room was okay and everything worked fine. Mostly ideal for one or two nights stay and not six nights as we did. Staff is not very helpful and doesn’t speak English. We were not allowed to place our bags at the hotel from checkout until we left in the evening. For longer stays be aware to pay in advance as the hotel doesn’t care about your price on Hotels.com. They calculate the price of the stay from their own prices and exchange rates.

Misleading hotel/motel photos

For me and my wife the stay was disappointing, I would not stay again or recommend, the room is uninviting and uncomfortably unpleasant. This qualifies more as a motel than a hotel the only positive is it’s proximity to subway stations

This is a sex hotel that people go by the hour. I called to cancel but the Expedia representative was not helpful and even racist, calling me Mexican even though I’m not and I was not in Mexico. Sheets were stained with bodily fluids, walls too, found condom wraps and dirty in corners… the area around the hotel had homeless people. All this was said to the hotel AND the Expedia representative who again was racist and did not help at all.

Gustó · Si bien no es el mejor ni mas lindo de los barrios, la ubicación del hotel es bastante buena y silenciosa, nos sentimos seguros incluso caminando a deshora, se encuentra ubicado en zona relativamente céntrica y da acceso rápido a donde queramos ir; la atención del personal siempre fue muy buena y demostraron su buena predisposición; la habitación que nos asignaron (N° 27, Duplex) es amplia, cómoda, linda ambientación y muy limpia, con iluminación acorde a su finalidad, el baño cuenta con sanitarios en ambiente separado de la ducha (siempre con abundante agua caliente) que resulta muy practico, TV, sistema de sonido con radio FM y acondicionador de aire comandados desde una consola ubicada a un lado de la cama (chiche chiche); el servicio a la habitación cuenta con comidas rápidas, bebidas y desayuno todo servido con celeridad y buenos precios; algo también a destacar es el amplio estacionamiento para vehículos y la seguridad con la que cuenta. Sin ser un hotel de lujo les otorgo 10 puntos en una escala de 10. No me gustó el cobertor plástico "antimanchas" bajo la sabana inferior porque genera cierta incomodidad al dormir, ni el ruido bastante exagerado generado por el personal de limpieza cuando realiza sus tareas en habitaciones contiguas.

Pensé que era un lugar cálido y seguro, quise anular mi reserva pero dejé en garantía mi tarjeta de credito. Cuando llegué la zona no era segura y la chica que me recibió poco amable, me quería ir! Por el mismo precio habia otras buenas opciones. La atención es pesima, salvo de una chica que estuvo la ultima noche (domingo para lunes por la madrugada del 22/05) NO LO RECOMIENDO. No entiendo como está en Expedia que tan serio parecen.

No es un hotel turístico, es un hotel de pareja pero malo. Las habitaciones están en malas condiciones, mala higiene, mal olor. Es un lugar horrible. Parece un paradero de mala muerte de carreteras.
