A bit dated but our executive suite was roomy and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, dishes, cutlery etc at a very reasonable cost. Staff were all great and friendly - front desk, breakfast room, cleaners all! Breakfast can be included but is the same everyday with small variations, and a bit boring after a few days.

Good choice for the price

Excellent location, friendly staff. A tad run down; poor breakfast (at additional free from $15). Plumbing needs a bit of work (toilets keep running--they function fine, but that running water sound was impossible to stop in our room and the room next door). Suite comes with small stove, microwave, fridge, and few plates etc. Friendliness and proximity to Recoleta cemetery and other sites made it a good choice, particularly given low price (at least by US standards).

The building is dated so it’s not in good condition and not very clean. Couple bugs in the room and a dirty shower. Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English though. The room was large and had a fridge and kitchen. Great location!

Excellent location Close to everything. The building however needs some love. Our toilet kept not working. Kept having to tell them to fix it. It was endlessly running water. The room was supposed to be a “suite” for 3 but it was a typical room with some bedding on a sofa they were calling a twin bed. Definitely priced higher than comparable properties that are in better condition

Great location and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed. However, I stayed at this hotel before but this time it was disappointing. The hotel is being refurbished and it certainly needs it. I would recommend to stay after renovation. Key issues: 1. wifi was intermittent which meant I couldn’t work properly as I was planning. 2. Air condition unit was old and very noisy. It’s on its last legs and it doesn’t cool the room very fast. 3. The socket next to the mirror in the bathroom was missing part of its cover which could be dangerous for kids. This can be fixed easily. 4. The shower head has seen better days and it’s easy to replace. I appreciate they are renovating the hotel and the price reflected the condition but I would expect issues with basic things like sockets, air con and wifi should be sorted. I would go back after renovation because the area is excellent.

Stay away!!!

I picked this hotel for a short stay because of its web site and location. The web description and photos do not match the facility. It was the third and last hotel in our trip to Argentina. The room and its furnishings need to be updated. The room had a musty smell and water stains. The lighting was dim. The toilet flapper valve needed to be replaced, because water ran slowly after the tank was full. The hair dryer ran for 9 seconds and shut off. We had to get another one from the front desk, I asked for a US adapter plug, and they told me I could buy one in the morning. We had a substandard breakfast the next morning. The food did look anything like the web. We discovered that the front desk people did not understand English. On the second day of our stay, I tried to open the room safe. It did not open. The owner changed the batteries. I am not sure what would have happened if he was not there. I had to get a replacement for the air conditioning remote because the one in the room did not work. When I asked about printing my boarding passes I Was told the printer was broken. When I asked when it would be fixed the answer was “I do not know, I am only an employee.”

The neighborhood is extremly convienitent with tourist attractions and major bus lines in easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreaciated having a microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery in the room. I found the breakfast only average. Some days tehere was ham, cheese or eggs on one day there was no protein. Just pastries, bread and cereal. Some days there were apples, oranges and bananas, but not everyday.
