PIOR HOTEL QUE JÁ FUI!

Foi o pior hotel que fui na minha vida, por um erro ou do hotel.com ou do hotel colocaram o check in 24 hs entende-se que vc pode chegar a qualquer momento, chegou eu algumas horas antes o rapaz bem atencioso e informar que o check in e 14, mostrei pra ele o aplicativo da reserva, ele disse que não teria problema e que poderíamos entrar por que existia quarto disponível. No dia seguinte a gerente super grossa, sem estrutura nenhuma para esta no cargo que a mesma tem, chamou 2 policias informando que nos não queríamos pagar a diária, se nem chegaram a cobrar. enfim depois de muita confusão, resolvemos fazer o check out e ir embora. Pois somos hospedes e não fomos pra ser maltratado. Se desde o começo tivesse informado que se entra-se antes das 14 hs mesmo nos tendo uma prova que era 24 hs o check in nós iriamos esperar ou iriamos pagar a diferença da hora. não agir de mau intenção. NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM.

Existem dois hotéis do tribeca, um no centro e outro muito longe do centro, e como não conhecíamos as localidades olhamos o hotel do centro e fechamos o que fica longe do centro. Então seria bom uma melhor informação sobre a localidade. A limpeza do hotel não existiu, principalmente do banheiro e do quarto, não houve a troca das toalhas e a cama são duas camas de solteiros juntadas, não achei muito boa, toalhas um pouco velhas, lençóis da cama também não foram trocados, estavam um pouco sujos. Café da manhã bem variados muito bom, recepção sempre disponível, localidade muito longe do subter tivemos que andar uns 15 minutos até o subter. E uns 20 minutos de carro do centro. Acho que a limpeza deixou a desejar bastante.

Lugar muy adecuado para quien debe instalarse cerca del hospital italiano. Las habitaciones, amplias, tipo apart hotel, tienen microondas, vajilla y heladera. Excelente atención del recepcionista. El desayuno podría ser mejor pero es un lugar recomendable. Excelente relación precio-calidad

Tribeca Studios: no recomendable en absoluto.

A mi pesar elegí la cadena de Tribeca Hoteles por buenas experiencias que tuve años atrás, reservé mi estadía para festejar un aniversario y tuve una horrible experiencia en este establecimiento. En principio las fotografías expuestas en el portal hoteles.com no concuerdan en lo mínimo con el estado real del hotel hoy en día. Nos realizaron tres cambios de habitaciones, tuvimos esperas prolongadas para solucionar mi caso incluso nos atendió el gerente/supervisor de ese hotel. Si bien no es responsabilidad del personal contratado reclamo por esta vía se lleven a cabo refacciones urgentes en el establecimiento, las habitaciones que me mostraron estaban repletas de humedad, con manchas en las paredes, rayones de mesas, bienes de uso muy viejos incluso televisores. Fue realmente una experiencia para olvidar, con una relación precio-calidad pésima me cobraron alrededor de 33 dólares más el 21% de iva por ser residente local promediando unos 40 dólares = 1558 pesos argentinos al cambio de la fecha. Por el otro lado, destaco como positivo el desayuno y la variedad de alimentos que tuvimos a disposición. La atención del personal fue cordial durante la estadía, se los nota agotado intentando solucionar menesteres que les excede. Cabe destacar que el hotel no brinda ningún amenitie, a tener en cuenta, solo puso a disposición dos jabones chicos blancos perfumados en nuestro baño. Los aires acondicionados funcionan correctamente, cuenta con servicio de tv en televisores muy antiguos.
