Check in is down the street, one block away. Not a secure area to store our bags while we flew to the falls and came back. Rooms are are run down, but very clean. Staff was excellent! But….. for the price it was just fine.

I stayed here on two separate occasions in the last few weeks (was in and out of Buenos Aires). Place was clean on both occasions, price was great, staff super helpful. Any questions via whatsapp were responded to promptly. Was also great they spoke English as my Spanish is very limited. They organized transportation for me to the airport on both occasions, both times taxis arrived exactly on time. If you are looking for great service, highly recommend. Thanks Juan and Vani!

An apartment hotel set in the lovely Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Great street cafe/bar culture and shopping if you wish to browse the local boutique shops. Checkin is on Honduras whilst the apartment we stayed in was two minutes around the corner so check the address before arriving. Checkin was easy and the staff very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The apartments have tiled floors so can get a little noisy if someone is walking around in the apartment above you with hard shoes. Also when we were staying there was a building site backing onto the apartment block so be prepared to be woken between 7 and 8 by building work. This finishes by around 5 so if your out all day no problem but could be an issue if you want a siesta.

Ya me quedé en este hotel un par de veces en mis viajes por trabajo. En esta oportunidad fui con mi hijo. Soho Point es una muy buena alternativa. La ubicación es genial y la habitación muy buena. Los chicos del front siempre muy amables, en esta oportunidad trate con Carla, y anteriormente con Facundo y creo que Vani. Todos muy amables

En el reglamento del hotel figura que si uno llega luego de las 23 debe avisar para coordinar el check in. Se retrasó mi vuelo, llamé a todos los teléfonos que figuran en la página. No sólo que no me atendió nadie, si no que no pude ingresar porque nadie me abrió. Tuve que ir a otro hotel y hasta el día de hoy no recibí ninguna respuesta

Excepcional estadía de una semana

Nuestra estadía en Soho Point Malabia ha sido maravillosa, desde el check in hasta el check out el personal fue muy atento y cordial. El departamento es cómodo, amplio, limpio y suficiente para las necesidades de una pareja. Como las habitaciones están dentro de un patio interno (foto), no existen ruidos molestos de la calle. Se realiza la limpieza diaria, lo cual es un alivio para el viajero, y la zona tiene TODO lo que uno pueda necesitar. Palermo Soho es muy seguro para caminar de dia y de noche.

Ótima localização

Apartamento com boa cama queen e uma de solteiro sobressalente. Frigobar, microondas e fogão de 2 bocas. Tem alguns utensílios que são suficientes para um café da manhã. Estava tudo bem limpo apesar de alguns móveis já demonstrarem sinais de desgaste. Roupa de cama de ótima qualidade. Internet funcionou bem. O único problema é que a nossa pia do banheiro estava entupida mas já relatamos o ocorrido. A localização é o ponto alto do hotel. Não tem elevador

O check-in e check-out ficam em outro hotel, na rua ao lado. O hotel não tem elevadores, tem de sibir escadas, os quartos são confortáveis. A localização do hotel fica perto, curta caminhada da Plaza Serrano, onde tem vários restaurantes, boa localização. Não deixaram fazer um late check-out, mas permitiram que deixassem nossas malas no hotel. Staff atencioso e simpático.

Good value in Pelermo

Very comfortable large efficiency in small apartment facility, fridge, A/C, very reasonable. Quiet street in nice safe area, enjoyed Palermo Soho has all restaurants/bars close. We walked to major attractions. Prefer to stay in neighbourhoods rather than downtown, which is easily reached by taxi.Staff very helpful, reserved taxi for airport $25.

Great stay on a great city!

The hotel is situated in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy checkin with a multi lingual staff. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Security was topnotch with outside door pass code and indoor room key. Checkout was 11 am but our bus left at 6 pm. The hotel stored our bags for the day at no charge. Will stay again on our way home. There was no coffee or tea available but a cafe nearby.
