La peor recepcionista del mundo que he conocido en mi corta vida . La peor experiencia en trato al cliente . Desde el minuto 1 . Hasta que me fui . Espero nunca más pisar ningún hotel de esa cadena.

Ótima localização

Flat muito bem localizado, restaurantes, kioskos e lojas muito perto. Não é super próximo às estações de metrô, mas fica a uma pequena caminhada de distância. Recomendo uso de aplicativos de transporte, pois fica barato. O quarto é confortável, silencioso, a cama é bem grande. Para ser ainda melhor, poderiam agregar um fogão/cooktop para poder cozinhar. O banheiro é bom, água bem quente. Apenas no quarto que fiquei a tampa do vaso não estava bem fixada e escorregava para o lado, mas apenas um problema de manutenção.

Bien ubicado pero la zona tiene bastante tránsito y este un poco ruidoso. El hotel tiene exclusivamente lo básico pero a un buen precio

Great Location

Excellent location beside Santa Fe Street, a popular shopping street in Buenos Aires. So street noise throughout the day especially was unavoidable. And two thirds of the showers I had contained no hot water. These criticisms were true for my friend who also stayed in a room in this hotel at the same time. But the rooms were really spacious, the kitchen facilities were very good, and the staff were really helpful.

Esperava mais.

Ótima localização, bom atendimento na recepção, mas apenas uma pessoa fica na recepção. Bom quarto e banheiro bom, apenas o Box do chuveiro e muito pequeno e joga água no restante do banheiro. Só tem arrumação de 3 em 3 dias, no nosso caso foi feita depois das16:30 do terceiro dia. Toalhas com cheiro ruim e arrumação de cama que deixa a desejar.

We did not get to stay in Babel Recoleta,as it had closed and we’re offered another apartment on the main road with a four lane carriageway and single glazing! No form of recompense was offered at all,shocking experience. If you look on the Babel group website they are still taking bookings for Babel Recoleta (but it is closed and all locked up,we checked for ourselves)

Otima localizacao, preço excelente, atendentes muito gentis. Arquitetura moderna interessante, tal como nas fotos, chuveiro de primeira. Apenas erraram na cama reservada, e depois em retirar as cobertas. Telefone de serviço interno não funciona. Atençao às tomadas argentinas: sao diferentes as do Brasil. Gostaria de poder ter esquentado água para um mate ou um chá, mas o quarto nao conta com chaleira, ou microondas.

Quiero reconocer que la estadía en Babel Recoleta fue muy buena!! Todo el personal de recepción 10 puntos!! Personal de limpieza muy agradables y predispuestos 10 puntos!! Como datos para mejorar en cuanto al mantenimientos en gral del Apart.: _Se que intentaron dar un touch rustic al techo de la habitación, pero deberían al menos darle un recubrimiento de pintura cemento para que no caigan arenilla sobre la cama. _Cabo anticaída en ducha, bien pensado en cuanto a la seguridad, ahora...parece una soga de colgar ropa, sugiero mejorar este detalle. _ Un anafe o microondas en la cocina sería excelente, tener en cuenta. Gracias por su atención. Volveré!!

Great base in Recoleta

Spacious room with everything as described. Staff were accommodating with requests such as something missing from the room, and arranging taxis. Elevator beeping being heard in the room was the only negative. It is set in a great area close to many shops and parks. Excellent value for money and location. Would stay again.
