A Gem in Buenos Aries

First time in Buenos Aries. A great location . . . safe, good groceries for self catering, good restaurants and shopping, and quick access to mass transit for getting to all the major attractions in and around BA. The reception staff . . . Macarena and Alejandra . . . was outstanding. We have experience no better “concierge” services in any hotel, large or small, anywhere in the world. The housekeeping, we might say, was “forgetful” from time to time, but the reception staff always came to the rescue. Five stars and more!

Péssima Manutenção e administração

Hotel com decoração bacana porém serviço zero à esquerda. Recepcionistas educadas e prestativas porém com as mãos atadas. Sem poder de ação ou decisão. Reservamos 2 apartamentos para 4 noites através do Hotéis.com sendo um para casal com 1 filho e outro com 02 camas de solteiro sendo um cadeirante e acompanhante. Ao chegar fomos informados que o quarto com duas camas de solteiro não seria disponivel. Somente no dia seguinte iriam trocar de quatro enquanto na primeira noite dormia um com cama auxiliar totalmente desconfortável. Pedimos de imediato trocar de hotel o que foi recusado tanto pelo hotel e tanto pelo Hoteis.com alegando tarifa especial paga sem retorno. Porém hotel não reservou o quarto com2 camas de solteiro ! Ficamos sem ação e sem apoio do Hoteis.com mesmo querendo pagar diferença se for preciso pra mudar para outro hotel caso for de valor maior. No dia seguinte levaram os 2 para quarto cujo porta da varanda estava quebrada , não apresentando segurança nenhuma pois qualquer um entrava no quarto.mais uma vez não tinha solução mudando somente um hóspede para outro quarto. Enquanto isso o quarto do casal com criança não foi arrumado ( segundo a recepcionista por esquecimento) no dia seguinte arrumaram o quarto sem trocar o lençol sujo e furado ! ( segundo a recepcionista ,tem que solicitar troca de lençóis separadamente). Papa-léguas higiênico 3/4 de papado por dia para quarto de 3 pessoas! Resumindo em 4 noites ouve uma troca de lençóis .

Excelente para viajes de placer!

Estuvimos 5 noches hospedados en este hotel y fue un verdadero placer. El check in fue muy rápido, la habitación que nos dieron, que no daba a la calle, era muy silenciosa y se podían cerrar las cortinas hasta lograr total oscuridad. En la habitación no recibía ruido de las otras habitaciones, además estaba equipada con cocineta, una cama king size y un baño amplio con regadera y bañera. Además, la ubicación es muy buena. No me parece un hotel que utilizaría si mi viaje fuera de negocios debido a que no contaba con escritorio y el internet comúnmente era lento, pero sí me parece bueno como especie de departamento para viajes más prolongados donde uno quiera tener la posibilidad de cenar y desayunar "en casa". El gimnasio, como en la mayoría de los hoteles, es básico y de tamaño reducido. No probé los aparatos porque prefiero hacer ejercicios de piso - y eso no estuvo tan bueno porque el único tapete para yoga, así como el piso, estaban espantosamente sucios. El personal fue muy amable y es ideal si el ultimo día quieren hacer check out en la mañana y quedarse paseando el resto del día, pues incluso tienen un baño con regadera a disposición de los clientes que ya entregaron su habitación. Nota: El desayuno se vende por separado y nos pareció un poco caro (10 USD por persona) por lo que piensen si desean preparar el suyo en su habitación o pagar el del hotel.

Uma decepção.

O hotel é envelhecido, desprovido de confortos e áreas comuns. Os ambientes, tanto os comuns como o quarto, são escuros, pintados de marrom escuro e com madeira também escuro. Os Halls dos andares tem iluminação com sensor de presença e são buracos escuros. O banheiro é simples. O café da manhã, pago, é muito simples, servido em uma sala pequena (na realidade um quarto transformado em sala de café. Houve um erro no check in e nos deram um quarto em uso por hóspede. Um engano. Realmente não entendo como esse hotel pode ter bons ratings.

Estrutura boa, localização boa, serviço péssimo.

Não haviam garrafas de água no hotel. Nem no quarto nem quando pedimos na recepção. Me disseram que a água estava em falta porém quando pedi alguma alternativa para água não de foi oferecido nenhuma. Ou seja só fique aqui se quiser passar no mercado. O concierge me dirigiu ao fitness center no sétimo piso onde havia um filtro de água que não estava funcionando. Finalmente ele teve que abrir um restaurante no primeiro piso onde achou um filtro de água que funcionasse. Ao lado da pia da cozinha do quarto havia uma bola de pelos muito desagradável. Um hotel bonito é bem localizado, perto de uma área cheia de Restaurantes bons mas que peca por um serviço péssimo.

地下鉄、バスの便もよく、パレルモ界隈のレストランやライブハウスもタクシーですぐです。歩くことも可能です。室内は大きな窓に街路樹が映り、素敵です。清潔感バツグンで、次もぜひ滞在したいです。

Great location, Big room

A little lacking on attention to detail but overall it is a great place to stay. Big rooms with balcony's, and cheap to use laundry machines in the hotel. Tons of great restaurants 5 mins walk away. Will stay there again for sure.

This hotel is close to many good restaurants in Palermo in Buenos Aires. Most of the best steak houses are a 15 minute walk away.

OK hotel

English follow / Nous sommes restés 8 nuits à cet hôtel. Nous avions de hautes attentes compte tenu du fort pointage pour cet hôtel. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé les installations fatigués. De plus, la cuisinette comprenait que quelques articles de vaisselles et la salle de bain très peu de serviettes. L'air climatisé faisait également beaucoup de bruit tout en étant par contre efficace. Le personnel est très gentil et efficace. Nous donnons un 7/10 à cet hôtel. We stayed 8 nights at this hotel. We had high expectations given the high score for this hotel. However, we found the facilities tired. Also, the kitchenette included only a few items of crockery and the bathroom very few towels. The air conditioning also made a lot of noise but effective. The staff is very kind and efficient. We give a 7/10 to this hotel.

pleasant stay in apartment hotel, spacious rooms with microwave and coffee facilities. Probably not quite 4 stars by european or us standards. Receptionist was friendly and helpful .

Return visit

This was my second stay. This time the room was at the back, so no nice tree lined streetscape off the balcony. However did enjoy the sun and air from the balcony. Facilities - laundry, gym etc good but pool not open, it would be really nice in summer. Cooking facilities good but absolute minimum crockery and cutlery. Staff however were very efficient in providing any requests. As with our first visit the standout for this hotel were the staff. The three receptionists were the best and most helpful I have come across in over 40 years of hotels. Alejandra was outstanding in her genuine willingness to assist us with endless questions and requests for assistance with bookings. Her friendly advice and welcoming nature along with local knowledge made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Her level of customer service was exemplary. We had less interaction with the other receptionists Macarena and Beatriz but they were also outstanding in their warm, friendly and helpful customer service.

Great hotel, great location and great staff!

We had a fantastic stay at Palermo Tower on 3 separate occasions over a 2 week period. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were more than spacious and clean. Location was perfect! Minor issue with the AC one night but we got a new room the next night.

Lindo!

Me gusto mucho, muy lindo y comodo, la atencion muy buena. El lugar es muy tranquilo y no se filtra nada de ruido para la hora de dormir. Bien ubicado. Lo unico malo es que apesar de estar en una linda temporada no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina ya que no estaba llena.

Lovely location excellent staff

The hotel is situated in the leafy streets of Palermo Hollywood. This is a superb location with close links to the subway railway station and all the parks . The hotel has no bar a small restaurant facility for breakfast and each room comes with its own balcony kitchen facilities and good-sized beds and bathrooms. It is not five-star quality but the three young ladies who run the reception are very helpful and possess a wealth of knowledge about the city. Nothing is too much trouble to ring in advance booking restaurants or checking trips which you have planned or are thinking of planning . When is our is is a beautiful city with lots to see and an excellent base upon which to explore the rest of Argentina . We would not have wanted to have been in a large informal five star hotel in preference. There is only one negative in the hall hotel and that is the noise outside on the street can on occasions become rather noisy. My suggestion would be to take a room at the rear of the property, which is 50% of the rooms .

Ottima posizione per questo hotel che avrebbe dell'ottimo potenziale sfruttato male. Innanzitutto la qualità del wii fii è stata piuttosto scadente e per chi, come noi, ha in internet l'unico mezzo per comunicare a casa è un aspetto abbastanza influente sul giudizio. Secondo la camera non è assolutamente insonorizzata, anzi. Pur essendo al sesto piano ogni qualvolta passava un auto sembrava di dormire sul marciapiede. Peccato perché le camere sono belle, spaziose e confortevoli. Basterebbe davvero poco per diventare eccellenti.
