Nefasto

La experiencia fue muy mala, las fotos no son reales, nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado y con camas separadas cuando pedí juntas. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y la que nos dieron también tenía camas separadas y la llave no funcionaba, cada vez que queríamos volver a entrar tenía que venir alguien a abrirnos. El lugar está bastante sucio y con manchas de humedad. Hay feo olor, el agua de la ducha era muy poca y no se puede dormir del ruido constante que hay. Se escucha todo, el ascensor, las conversaciones, las puertas, todo.

caro y deja mucho que desear para lo que brindan

El desayuno todo excelente y rico y la atención del bar y la cocina muy bien y responsable y respetuosa , lo otro bueno la ubicación a 6 cuadra del obilisco y el resecepcionista de la noche que fue muy amable y nos solucionó todo menos lo del aire porque estaba todo lleno las habitaciones y nos podía cambiar .El resto todo mal la atención de la resecepcionista pésima y mala gana ,la habitación le faltaba las toallas y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada era un sauna de día .

EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE,PERO EL ESTADO DEL HOTEL NECESITA ATENCIÓN. LA SITUACIÓN ARGENTINA ES DIFÍCIL...PERO EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA HABITACIÓN ES DE LOS AÑOS 80, Y NO CREO QUE NO HAYA HABIDO OPORTUNIDAD EN MÁS DE TREINTA AÑOS DE CAMBIARLO, LO MISMO QUE LA TV. Great location. The cleanliness could be improved both in the public areas, stairs, and the rooms. The room I had was not overlooking the street, however, it was very noisy in the evening, probably due to the concentration of air conditioner s on the other side of the window. The window opened onto a 3 x 8 foot space occupied solely by ACs. Staff were very friendly and willing to help with transportation and transit info.

Necesita renovacion y limpieza

En las fotos parece más de lo que es. Solo la planta baja es aceptable visualmente. Desde que se ingresa se percibe un olor desagradable, (como a hotel viejo, diría). El resto, mal mantenido, no muy limpio, pasillos largos y laberinticos que llevan a pequeñas habitaciones con camas estrechas, muebles económicos y con mucho uso. No hay tomas eléctricos disponibles (funciona un solo velador porque el otro no hay donde enchufarlo), el televisor pequeñito instalado a más de 2m de altura arriba de un placard, las vistas por la ventana a tragaluces oscuros y despintados donde hay instalaciones desprolijas (muy feas vistas), el baño muy pequeño pero medianamente adecuado.

Vale o custo benefício para poucos dias

A localização do hotel é excelente. Apesar dos quartos serem antigos (bem diferentes da recepção) e o café da manhã ter pouca variedade, até aí vale o custo benefício. No entanto, a internet quase não funcionava no nosso quarto (só funcionou no primeiro dia). Mesmo tendo reclamado, o problema não foi resolvido. Havia muito barulho de noite e de manhã cedo (acho que nosso quarto ficava próximo da lavanderia e escutavamos os barulhos das máquinas tarde da noite). De manhã cedo era uma barulheira também. O quarto era limpo, mas havia muita sujeira na parte interna do prédio (vão existente na parte interna, para onde dava a janela). Tinha até comida estragada jogada. Como ficamos poucos dias, foi ok. Para uma estadia mais longa falta conforto, silêncio, limpeza.
