4 ☆ Hotel out of 10 ☆ from me. Nice area Recoleta

Le Cinque Lusso hotel's promise failed to live up to expectations, I'm afraid. Whilst the reception is pleasing to the eye, accompanied by a grand piano, I might add; the real letdown had to be the rooms themselves. We'd based ourselves there & always came back to another room but each of the 4 rooms had seen better days. Either the windows/ bathroom door didn'close properly or the aircon did not work to finding stained rusty bath/shower areas to the shower in the executive room running just like a tap. Even a cockroach made an appearance! IMO, all the rooms badly needed a total refurb. Even the main lift is the old-fashioned grill/door you have to shut; otherwise, there will be no liftoff, so to speak. How many times have I run upstairs to close the grill to call the lift??? Even the hardback books on BA were printed in 2006!!! Ancient & out of date! However, the plus points had to be the friendly & helpful staff & also the buffet breakfast which had a good & extensive offering. The juices & yoghurt drinks were top-notch. We always looked forward to breakfast! It was just a shame, on one occasion, I had to insist on moving to another room due to a bathroon leak multiplying to several bathroom leaks. Also, early on our stay, the afternoon/evening cleaner suddenly burst into our room by mistake, surprised to find it was occupied! Finding me in my jimjams, sitting on the edge of my bed watching TV & the Mrs tucked in bed, the outcome could have been much worse, I'm sure!!!

Make sure you check the room before you “accept” it, meaning agree to stay in the room. There is more chance for you to get some refund if you don’t like the room and you refuse to stay. After you decide to stay in the room, it means you accepted the room as is and you are unlikely to receive a refund

Location is the only good thing. This hotel is probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. The room and everything in the room are disgustingly dirty. Linens had all sorts of stains on them Staff fo not even want to help. Noone in the hotel can speak English. This hotel cannot be even 1 star. Photos on the eebsite is totally fake. They dhould not be even running business in hospitality.

Worst hotels I stayed in my whole life

The room looks like a motel per hour. Shower coursin were infested with fungus. Toilet in general was disgusting m. Bedsheets with blood stains. When highlighting these point is reception they say ‘yes I know’ with resignation. This hotel should not be advertised in Hotels.com. It’s a complete emarrasmenr. A good gesture from Hotels.com would be a full refund. Otherwise I won’t use this platform ever again

Única coisa boa do hotel é a localização. De resto, tudo horrível, limpeza dos quartos é ruim, a qualidade das toalhas e itens de cama é péssima. O hotel estava sendo pintado e haviam vários pedaços de papelão pela recepção mal dava para caminhar, o cheiro super forte de tinta, vários trabalhadores transitando pelo local, uma bagunça. O hotel parece um local fantasma, tudo muito antigo, móveis do tempo do romconcon, o elevador do tempo que galinha tinha dente só comporta 2 pessoas e não sei como ainda funciona. Não confie no hotel nem em ninguém la, um casal do quarto ao lado foi furtado em 3 mil reais e outro teve duas jóias furtadas isso ocorreu no próprio quarto no momento em que estavam ausentes. PÉSSIMO.

Experiencia ruim

Toalhas manchadas, portas com sinal de arrombamento, cobertas e lençol com furos, o banheiro tinha um coco e estava fedendo, a banheira estava mijada e a cabeceira da cama estava com um rasgo. O café da manhã é até que bom, bem variado com bastante fruta e opções para beber como água, cafe, danone, sucos, achocolatado e leite. O elevador é muito apertado e no momento (agosto 2024) está em reformas então tem bastante cheiro de tinta e barulho dependendo do seu andar. As atendentes foram bem receptivas a todo horário e isso é um bom ponto. O hotel em si é bem localizado. Provavelmente após as reformas o hotel pode ter maior qualidade.

Terrible experiencia, evitable.

El hotel se cae a pedazos, sucio, humedad por todas partes y las fotos parecen estar tomadas hace 20 años. Cuando llegue faltaban las toallas estuvieron casi 1 hora para traerlas. El baño lleno de moho, las sábanas sucias y mal puestas. Faltaba una funda. En la escalera el moho/humedad brotaba. No había estufa en la habitación y hacia frio.

Me quejé una y otra vez que limpien mejor, que nos den una mejor habitación, la tasa del baño partida. Todo daba asco, la atención al cliente pésima. Quisiera mi dinero de vuelta, y la tasa que ofrecen aquí es el doble de lo que se debería de pagar

O atendimento é bom, mas as condições do hotel não são. Roupas de cama antigas e algumas manchadas. Mobília dos quartos é basicamente as camas e uns criados-mudos, assim, não vai ter um lugar confortável para usar um notebook, por exemplo. Os quartos possuem armário e cofres. Fiquei em dois quartos, em ambos não havia frigobar, então não dá para ter bebida gelada de noite ou guardar algum lanche. No primeiro quarto a pia do banheiro estava com vazamento e a descarga não funcionava, por isso pedi para trocar, o que fizeram rapidamente. Café da manhã simples, mas bom, com frutas frescas, medialunas, ovos, pães e sucos.

Publicidad enganosa. Estafa con cambio de dinero. El personal no grato. El lugar sucio y viejo. El elevador no funciona. No recomiendo a nadie este lugar. Teniamos pensado quedarnos por 1 semana ahi, afortunadamente no hicimos la reserva para ver bien el lugar. Unos pesos mas y te hospedas en un lugar mejor. Mala experiencia.
