Despite the fact that the Hotel La Perla looks a bit dated, the service received was truly excellent — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider returning on my next visit to Buenos Aires.

O atendimento dos funcionários foram excelentes, limpeza também muito boa, localização boa mas não recomendo andar nos arredores. O único ponto que realmente não recomendo, pagamos R$35 reais a mais e não tinha nenhuma opção boa, eram 3 pães doces ou uma torrada queimada, um copo de suco de laranja, pedimos mais um e foi negado então não espere aquele café da manhã de um hotel pq nao é!!!

La ubicación,no es adecuada las fotos no muestran

Empezando por la ubicación que no es la mejor en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, situación que nos llevo a que no nos quedáramos ni una sola noche de las 8 que habíamos comprado a pesar de su política de no reembolsos. Asumimos que la real razón de esta política es que realizan ventas engañosas a través del sitio pero cuando uno llega al hotel se da cuenta que las fotos con coinciden con la realidad de las instalaciones.

Camas con chinches - Hotel infectado

Habitación matrimonial algo incomoda, ya que era pequeña e incluía un mueble adicional que le restaba espacio. A los pocos días el aire acondicionado no llegaba a la habitación, ya que es el mismo para todo el hotel, pedimos cambio de habitación y estaba mucho mejor... pero a los meses de haber regresado a nuestro país nos dimos cuenta de que la cama tenía chinches porque no los habíamos traído en la ropa, esto es una plaga terrible y difícil de eliminar. Revisamos la costura de la cama en la parte de la cabecera, allí se esconden y estaba lleno de chinches, tuvimos que botar cama, colchón, sábanas y almohadas. Decepcionante!! Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es la ubicación céntrica, el desayuno es media luna y café, en el otro restaurante eran facturas o huevos revueltos con quemados del salten, comen puro dulce no incluye nada salado, ni siquiera una empanada.
