Excellent location, not much going on inside

The location of this hostel is amazing, Palermo is a great area to stay in. Hostel was clean enough and comfortable. Unfortunately there just wasn't much going on at the hostel, the photos are out of date and a few things have changed. There was activities offered on a board at reception, none of them took place. The staff were nice, but lacked a bit of urgency to get things done or be helpful.

Sucio, no andaban los aires, no había agua caliente(porque el edificio era viejo) no culimne la estadía porque era realmente lamentable fui a buscar otro lugar para quedarnos.

Una experiencia para repetir de nuevo.

Es la primera vez que me hospedo en un hostel. Me encantó, excelente trato del personal, cuentan con cocina donde puedes preparar tus alimentos. Conoces gente de otros paises. El lugar esta bien ubicado hay muchos lugares donde ir a comer.

Hermoso hotel. Ambiente relajado

Los chicos que atienden son extremadamente comedidos. Muy atentos y sumamente honestos. La sala de estar es espaciosa y brinda un ambiente cómodo en el que dan ganas de pasar el rato. Muy agradable y cerca de todo en Palermo.

Disappointing, location is main positive

We arrived and staff were very nice. Problem was that we arrived in the room to blood stains on the pillow case and towels (which we asked to be replaced and staff were happy too). The room was suppose to have a private bathroom attached however it was in a separate door down the corridor. So everytime you wanted to go to the bathroom, shower, or wash your hands, you needed to lock your room (as the door didn’t stay shut unless you locked it) and go down the hallway. Not what is advertised. The walls are thin so loud if other guests make noise. The doors also rattle loudly, one night when it was windy every door and window made plenty of noise. The lock on the doors take some getting use to unlocking and locking.. the whole place is in need of some serious maintenance. The room floors were very dirty and not till one lady cleaned the floors with a broom and mop on the second day did itfeel a little bit clean. We could even shut our window or bring down the shade. Basically the only thing this place has going for it is location and some friendly staff. It’s not even that cheap to justify the quality.

En el corazón de Palermo

Todo excelente.. un lugar donde alojarse tranquilamente. Servicio y cordialidad por parte de todos los que lo atiende. Seriedad y responsabilidad en la reservas. Sin duda la mejor elección a la hora de viajar a Buenos Aires.

Disgusting kitchen, blazè staff, loud, noisy

I booked this hostel based on good reviews on Trip Advisor. I give it 2 stars for great location - Palermo. The staff were not really helpful. When I asked about local Spanish lessons I was told to Google it! I booked a private ensuite room which basic but fine although the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the corridors and other rooms. The paint was peeling off the walls, very old room. One morning someone tried to enter my room by putting their key in the door and pushing my key out. I was furious and checked out immediately. The kitchen was beyond belief! The smell was so vile, I could smell it 1 floor above! And the utensils looked like they came from the scrap heap. It was the worst kitchen I have ever seen in my life. The bins were not cleaned for the 3 days I was there and it was super hot weather so you can just imagine the stench! Another thing is that this was the only unsocial hostel I have stayed at. Avoid this place!

Reservamos um quarto duplo e ao chegarmos para realizar o check in nos informaram que houve um problema nas instalações e que iriam nos transferir para outro hotel da mesma rede. Não tivemos custo nenhum e os funcionários foram super prestativos, tivemos um upgrade pois acabamos nos instalando em um hotel com café da manhã enquanto nossa reserva não havia isso.

Nice clean rooms

Nice place with smiley face personnel. The floor was wet because of the rain. Good rooms and spacious. Would recommend. One of the best hostels i have ever visited

A friendly hostel with nice people

It’s a good hostel. Chilled vibe, lovely people working there, nice communal areas including a pool table. Location is great for accessing anywhere in BA. Don’t expect too much comfort, with noisy lockers in shared dorms and showers shared by many though.

O hostel fica muito bem localizado e esse é o melhor ponto. Ficamos em um quarto privativo mas com banheiro fora do quarto. A maior reclamação é que deixamos nosso banheiro destrancado por pouco tempo e duas vezes pegamos um funcionário do local utilizando -o. Limparam nosso quarto apenas uma vez em dez dias e não nos deram mais sabonetes. O staff não parecia muito interessado em agradar, senti que estava atrapalhando em algumas ocasiões. Usamos bastante a cozinha o que ajudou, pois os preços de Buenos Aires estão muito elevados. Não é o pior lugar, pois é seguro , tem cama boa e água quente, bastante espaço. Mas precisa estar ciente que é só isso e que é um pouco barulhento.

Es un Hostel muy bien ubicado. La atencion fue amable. Evaluando el costo de la habitacion, puedo decir que el servicio fue muy bueno para lo barato que salio. La habitacion era a compartir(mixta) todos mis compañeros de habitacion fueron gente educada que viajaba por trabajo o estudio. Muy respetuosos con la hora del sueño, lo cual fue muy importante. La habitacion era limpia, asi como tambien el baño y las duchas. El living en comun donde el resto de los huespedes se quedo hasta tarde , esaba a un patio de distancia, por lo que casi no se oia ruido. El desayuno muy variado y fresco. Volveria sin duda. Soy medica que viaje a Bs As por un post grado

O Hostel fica numa das melhores localizações de Palermo Soho, próximo ao metro e também dos bares e restaurantes. Fiquei num quarto duplo privado. Tinha um pouco de mofo no banheiro, mas não tive problemas. O wi-fi e chuveiro quente funcionavam bem.

The rooms aren't anything to write home about but the people working, the breakfast, the ambiance and the wifi make this more than a serviceable hostel to stay at when in Buenos Aires, I would certainly return!

Staff could not have been more helpful

Had my passport stolen in Patagonia and had to go back to Buenos Aiuresa for an emergency visit to the US Embassy. The staff at EcoPampa were incredibly helpful, lending me sunscreen, subway/bus pass cards, maps, and basically everything I needed. The common area had a great layout and was giant, such that conversation with other hostel guests was encouraged by design. Overall very please.

excelente ubicación

La ubicación del hostel es excelente, hay muchos bares y restaurantes vida nocturna, y de día plazas con artesanos. El hostel me parece que puede mejorar mucho sobre todo en limpieza, estuve 4 noches y no cambiaron las sabanas, y el personal no es muy atento ni amable, de todos modos es recomendable, pero podrían ser mucho mejor

Buena experiencia!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de subte, en una zona de pubs y restaurantes. Destaco que el desayuno es completo y las instalaciones son limpias.
