I had travelled 25 hours and was very tired when I arrived, and the staff were particularly helpful. They came to my room and helped set up the safe and the TV when I couldn’t. I like that they have bottled water in the lobby area that the guests can always access. They don’t have lots of flashy stuff, but you have everything you need and the things they have are all good (like the hot shower).

Muy dispuestos y amables el personal. Excelente atención. Muy bueno la refrigeración del hotel ya que viajamos en épocas de extremo calor. El desayuno escaso y falta de variedad en cuanto a los productos. Estuvimos 4 días y todos ofrecieron lo mismo. Se sugiere en días de tanto calor ofrecer la posibilidad de frutas y yogur. Incluso beneficiaría a los celíacos. Mi hija sólo tenía galletas para celíacos.

O café da manhã é muito decepcionante, comemos um dia e nos outros dias saímos para tomar café da manhã. Além disso, o adaptador do hotel queimou o meu iPhone. Foi um grande prejuízo. Outro aspecto que deve ser comentado é que a TV não funcionava. Ou ligava a TV ou o decodificador. Ou seja, não dava para assistir nada. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho. Além disso, o hotel tinha um sistema muito estranho que independente da hora que você chegasse no hotel, um funcionário tinha que abrir a porta. O sistema de luzes dos corredores era muito ruim. Diversas vezes ficamos no escuro esperando o elevador. Tirando todas essas ressalvas negativas, vale acrescentar que o pessoal da recepção sempre foi bastante educado e solícito.

siempre bueno

buenas tardes....siempre ha sido muy buena la estadia y la habitacion, pero esta vez fue una habitacion para tres personas, y no me gusto mucho, las sabanas de la cama matrimonial eran chicas y te destapabas continuamente, no me cambiaron los toallones, las sobrecamas viejas y manchadas,..pero siempre ha sido muy buena la estadia en ese hotel.

Destino Real: Na real, evite esse destino em BsAs

O Destino Real Hotel está localizado em uma área de comércio popular de Buenos Aires - região que deve ser evitada à noite por casais e famílias. A experiência com o hotel foi péssima: na reserva, constava claramente que o quarto disponibilizado contaria com duas camas do tipo "queen size" - e o que ofereceram, na verdade, era uma cama queen e um sofá-cama. Todos os quartos tem piso frio e o aquecimento é apenas razoável. Ao questionar a questão do sofá, na recepção, não me foi dada a mínima atenção. Solicitei o reembolso do valor da reserva, uma vez que o quarto, nas condições contratadas, não estava disponível e acionei a Expedia via "Central de Atendimento". O hotel manteve-se irredutível: não tomou providências para tentar acomodar-me em outro aposento e não me restituiu um centavo sequer do valor da reserva. Conclusão: fiquei no hotel por menos de 30 minutos e busquei outra opção em Buenos Aires. Faça um favor a si mesmo: EVITE o Destino Real Hotel.

Estadía paupérrima

Horrible estadía en este Hotel. Legamos y nos encontramos con una habitación con un tv pequeño, no el de 28¨que promocionan, no andaban los canales porque el cable no hacia contacto. No tenían el frigobar. Las cortinas sucias igual que las sabanas. No tenía el secador de pelos en el baño, le pedimos uno y al otro día pretendían que devolvamos porque otra señora lo necesitaba. El desayuno muy pobre, tuvimos que esperar un lugar y cuando nos sentamos se habían quedado sin café, te dan un par de facturas y tostadas y nada más. No nos cambiaron las toallas, recién a las cinco de la tarde, no así los productos del baño que los tuvimos que pedir. Podría seguir contando las tantas veces que llamamos a recepción para quejarnos pero es suficiente para informar que dan un mal servicio y que no volveremos

El chico de la recepción fue super amable, pero el desayuno dejaba que desear te daban la bandeja ya preparada no te podías servir y repetir nada y supuestamente era desayuno continental. las sabanas de la cama eran mas chicas que el colchón se desarmaba todo y no tendian la cama la tapaban. muy malo ese servicio. NO HAY SECADOR DE PELO!!

No había papel en el baño, lo reclame y me dijeron que yo bajara a la conserjería a buscarlo...3 estrellas.....mmmmm El control de la TV no andaba....otra vez, tuve que bajar a la conserjería para cambiarlo.... O sea...el conserje de la noche....floja su actitud. El de la mañana muy atento y cordial.

conveniente por precio

Repetiría la estadía en el Hotel nuevamente, la habitación con aire acondicionado, tv cable y en general la limpieza. Lo que no me gustó fue la no limpieza del baño del hall de entrada y la cama no es de las mejores pero por el precio está bien.

Cumpre o que promete, só faltou um café melhor.

Excelentes acomodações e áreas comuns medianas. Tem até uma cobertura para uso comum que poderia estar mais bem cuidada, mas é legal. Os funcionários são muito educados e gentis, em especial o Rodolfo e Ciro nos ajudaram muito com dicas sobre a cidade. Pelo padrão do hotel, o café merecia ter uma variedade maior de alimentos, mas era bom.
