Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Walking distance to the squares for bars & restaurants in Palermo Soho. Felt very safe walking out even at night. An uber ride to Camonito, Recoleta, the river etc but Ubers are sooo cheap! Recommended.

First and foremost, the hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in late and check out very early in the AM. They provided helpful suggestions on things to do and where to get dinner given the late hour. Additionally, the hotel was well appointed and in an excellent location. The Neighborhood is safe with lots of activities and places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Large, clean room with balcony, comfortable bed, and excellent recommendations from super friendly front desk staff Diana and Nacho. Would definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't rate Casa Joseph as excellent is that we had to work a bit to get what we needed (toilet paper, towels, and the safe to open). But again Diana and Nacho were fast and helpful.

Wonderful property in a great area. Great views from the balcony and from the roof and pool. Welcoming staff provided a great list of local restaurants, sites and shopping. Big, bright, well-appointed rooms. A great stay.
