Eu gostei muito, principalmente dos equipe do hotel! Todos foram muitos simpáticos e prestativos. Achei aconchegante o cômodo, devidamente equipado e com tudo funcionando. La atención de los recepcionistas, muy buena!, son amables y atentos todos, tanto las chicas de día como los muchachos de la noche. Diez puntos para ellos! El desayuno básico pero aceptable, es acorde al hotel. Para mejorar, la limpieza de la ropa de cama y tratar de cambiar los ascensores, son muy antiguos y puertas pesadas. Ademas la puerta de la habitacion Nº 204 es durisima para abrir y cerrar , hay que golpearla con fuerza sino queda abierta. El teléfono de esa habitacion no funcionaba. La griferia muy dura para abrir y queda perdiendo... Lo bueno es la cercanía a los Hospitales. Resumiendo, la cordialidad de los empleados se llevan las estrellas.

Os funcionários são ótimos! Ficamos 5 noites no hotel, porém com 2 checkins. No primeiro checkin ficamos 4 noites e recebemos um quarto espaçoso, porém o banheiro era horrível, minúsculo e sem cortina ou box para o chuveiro. No segundo checkin para 1 noite apenas, recebemos um quarto muito maior (até com 2 camas de solteiro extras que não precisávamos) e o banheiro bem organizado, mais espaçoso e com box para o chuveiro. Ficamos tristes com a situação, pois fizemos o mesmo tipo de reserva e os quartos eram bem diferentes, o que mais incomodou foi o banheiro primeiro quarto. O café da manhã é saboroso, porém o cardápio é o mesmo todos os dias. A internet pega bem nos quartos!

O hotel decepciona em realação a localização a aos quartos, falo com propriedade pois tive acesso a três quartos do hotel. A localização não é boa para turismo, no entanto, fica a poucos minutos de taxi das principais atraçoes turisticas no centro de Buenos Aires. Café da manhã é razoável, funiconários e limpeza são excelentes.

Decent experience

Decent hotel. Located in a nice part of town that doesn't get too noisy and is not too far from the CBD. The room and bathroom was nice and clean, although the view wasn't great, and the bathroom didn't have a bathmat. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided, and some (though not all) of the staff spoke English. There was also a TV and air conditioner in my room which was helpful, and there were also lamps and a socket right next to my bed. Overall this wouldn't be the best place I've ever stayed at, although it certainly wouldn't be the worst either. It's a cheap and decent place to stay, and I would recommend if you're looking for a cheap place to stay and don't have high expectations.

Buen hotel, la habitacion que nos toco con vista a la calle, muy iluminada. Todo impecable. El desayuno con lo necesario para consumir. Lo unico a cambiar, que el termo del agua caliente no funcionara como quisiera. Los empleados con buen trato. Recomendado.
