The hotel is closing in a few weeks. Its obvious they don't care. Room wasn't all that clean. Pool probably hadn't been chlorinated in a while either, ha! Very relaxed staff meant we could get a super later check out.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas.

El gerente no recibe de buen agrado los reclamos. Tiene muy mala actitud. El siente que te hace una "favor" al limpiar la habitación todos los días. El último día no hicieron la habitación, no tendieron la cama ni la limpiaron, porque no habia personal de limpieza disponible. Eso dijo el gerente. El desayuno es paupérrimo los dos últimos días ni siquiera habían huevos porque no habían comprado. Ellos mismos afirman que no es un hotel 4 estrellas. Sino de 3. Falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones y la ducha de los baños tienen un mal diseño. La habitación se inunda cuando te balas porque no hay puerta en la ducha.

Demasiadas falencias

La ubicación no es buena para caminar por la noche. Elegí el hotel por el spa completo, pero el hidromasaje resultó estar fuera de servicio, según me dijeron hace 2 años. Quise usar el sauna y estaba frío. Tuve que esperar mas de una hora y aun así no estaba caliente. A la hora de pedir las toallas para usar la piscina tuve que bajar a recepción a buscar las toallas porque no "no tenían personal" El precio del desayuno que en el hotel es un 60% mas caro que el informado en Hoteles.com. Fui a consumirlo, poco variado y no había mas medialunas a las 9.30, algo inconcebible para un hotel que ostenta 4 estrellas. Como 4 estrellas es deficiente,como 3 estrellas seria totalmente aceptable.

Tudo foi muito bom, só não tinha café da manhã incluso no preço, o que causou estranheza, pois no site dizia café da manhã incluso pois qdo procuro hotel vejo três necessidades e uma delas é que tenha café da manhã... De resto tudo bem, só não aconselho, quem não gostar muito de local abafado, ficar no último andar (4º) pois devido a piscina climatizada este é muito quente e não tem como regular o ar pois é geral.

En stor skuffelse

Jeg hadde virkelig gledet meg til å tilbringe noen dager på dette hotellet, men jeg ble svært skuffet. Rommet var ikke spesielt rent og det var slitt. Aircondition og kjøleskapet til minibaren fungerte ikke. Jeg hadde betalt for superior rom, men møtte ingen form for luksus. Overordnet var hotellet svært slitt. Den påståtte spa-avdeling var heller ikke som forventet- bassenget ble oppfattet som urent da det var mye grønn vekst i kantene og vannet så ikke klart ut, det virket heller ikke som det var oppvarmet. Boblebadene og saunaen var ikke påslått. Solsengene var også møkkete. Jeg var også lovet badekåpe på hotellrommet, det fantes ikke, men om jeg spurte i resepsjonen kunne jeg få låne et håndkle til å bruke ved bassenget. Det virket heller ikke som det var bar eller restaurant på hotellet, som det stod på nett, lyset i denne delen av hotellet var slukket etter klokken 22:00. Frokosten var heller ikke på topp. Valgte du å spise frokost litt sent, men fortsatt før klokken 10:00, risikerte du at det var tomt for det ene eller det andre, som for eksempel toast eller juice. Var det noe jeg fikk så var det en stor seng og rent sengetøy, så det var jeg fornøyd med.

My luggage was stolen. Avoid this hotel

I stayed at this hotel in 2011 when it was called Axel. Things have changed significantly. It is now falling apart and very shabby. We spent one night here in transit and made the horrendous mistake of leaving our luggage in storage with them. When we returned two weeks later to spend two more nights in B.A., we were told that the luggage had been stolen at gun point. As you can imagine, this was devastating. I immediately suspected that the hotel staff had simply created the story and had stolen our luggage themselves. The hotel did nothing to improve our stay; no upgrade, no refund, no reimbursement for my belongings. The manager brought me to the police station to file a report and told me he would contact me when he heard from the insurance company. It has been three weeks and I have heard nothing, despite sending them repeated emails. This only goes to strengthen my suspicions. Beware of this hotel. The staff told me they had been robbed multiple times. If that is true, it is not secure and you should look elsewhere or keep your belongings with you at all times. Shame on me for trusting a hotel.

Hotel lindo,funcionários atenciosos e bem localiz

O Hotel é lindo e bem localizado, precisa de algumas pequenas reformas, como porta de armários, por exemplo, mas nada que afete a estadia.Escadaria de vidro, elevador panorâmico, piscina no teto do hotel com fundo transparente, tornam esse hotel um dos mais lindos que já fiquei, inclusive com o design do banheiro dos quartos.O café da manhã é bom também, assim como a ótima educação dos funcionários (o Pablo, da recepção, é ótimo), que dão dicas ótimas de restaurantes, tangos e compras, muitas coisas boas no próprio bairro.Café Tortoni, Casa Rosada, Obelisco e Puerto Madeiro ficam a apenas uma pequena caminhada.Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente.

No es un wellness/spa

El hotel tiene muchas habitaciones y no todas las instalaciones que ofrece en el spa están abiertas. Eso hace que los espacios se llenen de gente, por ejemplo de las 4 amenities que ofrecían (sauna, baño turco, pileta climatizada y Jacuzzi) solo funcionaban el sauna y la pileta. Por otra parte al llegar al hotel quisieron cobrarnos, en lugar de los 850 pesos que figuraba como monto en el momento de la reserva por internet, 939 pesos. Quien estaba en ese momento como mannager del hotel fue bastante maleducado, le planteamos que realice la busque la misma habitación en ese momento y el costo era aun inferior (781 pesos) solo en ese momento se dignó a cobrarnos correctamente. De wellness y spa no tiene nada, es tan solo un hotel con pileta climatizada que por otra parte tenia hongos. No lo recomiendo a los fines de relajarse y pasar un buen momento. Si como hotel de paso por la ciudad.

Hôtel san telmo au top

L'hôtel est situé dans un super quartier. Le personnel est super sympa et toujours dispo pour rendre service ( mise à disposition plan de la ville, conseil sur Resto...). Les équipements de l'hôtel et sa piscine sont vraiment super. Seul bémol: demander une chambre côté piscine car nous étions côté rue et cela reste bruyant car beaucoup de passage et faible isolation.

Would recommend!

Great stay, handy location with easy walking distance to most attractions, or the metro. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff!! Good sized room, huge bed, fittings perhaps a little tired, but no disaster. I really struggled getting consistency on the aircon. Great to be able to use the gym in the morning before breakfast - buffet was fine, could have a bit more variety, but certainly ticked all the boxes. This was the first place I've seen a grainy bread on a breakfast buffet in South America, rather than the sweet white bread, I was so happy! Pool area also great, plenty of seating for sunning, and the showers are awesome.

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen!

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommenes Designhotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten Angestellten. Es wirkt, als hätte es schon einmal bessere Zeiten gesehen. In Renovierung ist nicht viel investiert worden, das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten und dennoch ziehen wir ein sehr positives Fazit. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel kommen!

Modern hotel with great staff - far from Palermo!

We had a great stay in this hotel. Facilities are awesome, so is the staff! Always funny and helpfull. Breakfast could be a little better though. If you are looking for "regular" tourism, this is a good place to stay. The only problem I would say is the distance to the nightlife - altough it is close to Puerto Madero, it is quite far from Palermo and Recoleta, where most of the parties and nightlife take place.

Boa estadia

Hotel maravilhoso, ótimo staff, funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, quarto super aconchegante. Único inconveniente é o bairro a noite, pois como é um bairro comercial fica vazio e perigoso de andar a pé.

Instalaciones sucias y con poco mantenimiento. El agua de la canilla en la habitación salia marrón y el agua de la pileta del 5to piso estaba del mismo color. Habia tierra y pelusas en los pisos. No funcionaban los hidromasajes y las reposeras tenian colchonetas todas manchadas. El baño de la habitación muy descuidado con moho en los techos. El desayuno de baja calidad. El agua para prepararse el te estaba fria y las jarras con jugos estaban vacias. Las facturas parecian del día anterior. Imposible entrar al baño del SPA del olor a baño de estación de servicio que habia. No es un hotel para ir con niños pequeños como fue en nuestro caso, ya que hay muchas parejas y grupos de jovenes tomando alcohol en las inmediaciones de la piscina exterior y con musica electrónica a todo volumen. Lo unico que destacamos del hotel es la atención del personal y la cama de la habitación muy comoda.
