Can't say enough about the location. It's in the heart of where you want to be for food, drinks, safety. Staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and love the outside seating on the patio. Would stay there again next time in BA. Only two minor complaints (lawn chair on patio super uncomfortable to set on and mattress was a little firm). Not enough to give it anything but 5 starts though. Loved this place.

Location is great, at the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Hotel Staff was friendly. Rooms are OK, however they require updates, specially the bathroom (larger sink, bathroom cabinet). Breakfast area needs decoration and better environment and better coffee :)

Really nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice pool deck with both a cool plunge pool and a hot tub. However, the air conditioning was not strong enough so the room was too hot to sleep comfortably

A good option if you want to stay in Palermo Soho. Clean hotel, and I mean, clean. The staff is really friendly. The area is safe, great to walk for dinner or just to have a coffee or a good icecream. The breakfast is just ok, don´t expect too much or you´ll be disappointed. If you are traveling for work you should know that the internet is weak and slow.

Good return for your money.

The place is ok. The area is a safe area. The building is not old, but the rooms have not received the required maintenance. The bathrooms are old-looking and stained. The rooms are of a nice size. The people are customer service oriented. The really helped when I needed the help.

Despite having an initial glitch trying to check-in as they hadn’t accepted payment yet from Orbitz, the team working here is fantastic and willing to help with anything!! Mybsafe was broken when I arrived and I asked them to fix it three times but finally just gave up. It’s an older building. The pool and “hot tub” area are very outdated and worn.The shower equipment. Was broken. The WiFi was excellent and I had a beautiful balcony with a view.breakfast is very simple and served in the basement in a workroom environment.The location is outstanding in Palermo and everything is safe and very walkable! Overall, I’d stay again for the value and team working there.

Beware-No pool or jacuzzi during the winter

This is a relatively new building, clean and sleek, with a.modern vibe in a great neighborhood in Buenos Aires. At check-in, be.prepared to fill out paper forms and write down others with your personal information, My main dissapointment came when I learned that the pool and jacuzzi was not working as advertised because it was "winter". In fact, I chose this hotel in the first place because having a pool and jacuzzi during the winter. When I asked to the staff about it, their reponse was to question my interest because it was obviously "winter" and apparently ludicrous idea wanting to use a.pool and/or jacuzzi in such season. I would have preferred an apology for the misleading advertising and some compensation instead, but none was offered. Kuddos to some other staff that responded quickly via text message to my need to book a tango show. He was responsive and.got the job done for me.
