It is not bad, but it is too basic for a 4-star hotel. With the same money you can get way better facilities in the area. In the room there was just a bottle of soap, and the breakfast was poor. The area is great, and the hotel is clean.

The hotel has facility is good and clean. The staff is nice. The room light is too dark. The location is far away from most tourist interest point.

You don't always get what you pay for.

Pro: clean room, great shower Con: 1.Required cash damage deposit because their system couldn't read my Wells Fargo credit card. 2. When I checked out I had to wait 15 minutes for one of the clerks to SLOWLY go to verify I hadn't trashed the room. 3. Wifi in room and on ground floor equally terrible. Gave up and used my phone hot spot. 4. Elevator button for ground level didn't work 90% of the time. Had to carry luggage down from 2nd floor. 5. Breakfast mediocre, service terrible. Generally speaking, the customer service was poor. I grew up in South America and my Spanish is accentless so it isn't a case of assuming "idiot gringo". It was a case of "we understand your complaints and we don't care." 5. There is another hotel with exactly same name five blocks away. Played havoc with directions.

No restaruant. The amenities were quite old, towels completly usedup/Old, the curtain in our room had tears in it, and the claimed star rating of four for the hotel could harldy reach two (star). The hotel shoud be audited and its star rating reviewed.

Hotel estranho, parece estar falindo, poucos funcionários. Até se esforçam. Café da manhã péssimo. N tem opções. Nada. Não repõe as louças. Elevador social quebrado e durante 5 dias não arrumaram. Os quartos até são bons, grandes, mas é só.

Ótimo

Hotel muito limpo e confortável. Região segura e com boas opções de restaurante e kioscos. Acredito que o café da manhã poderia ser mais completo, não tinha queijo nem presunto, ausência que nunca tinha visto em outros hotéis argentinos. Outro ponto negativo (apenas um dia), foi o excessivo barulho de uma funcionária que estava lavando os pratos. Parecia que era proposital, batendo os pratos sempre que respirava, algo fora no normal

Decepción e incomodidad

Espantoso el check in. No me dejaron dejar el auto en la Puerta del hotel porque había un operativo!!! Después el garage para estacionar ( pago) que ofrecieron cerraba a las 21 horas!!!! Y no habría el domingo O sea que tenía que dejar el automóvil sin poder salir!!! Me dijeron que buscará otra cochera... En fin me retire dado que era mucha incomodidad. Entiendo que no hay reintegro ni estoy reclamando nada pero la verdad que fue un error elegir este hotel. Sdo atte

Hotel em si é bom estrutura boa ,tem limpeza de quarto todo dia com troca de lençóis e toalhas . Pontos negativos a internet muito ruim oscila muito quase sempre não funciona isso é um ponto muito importante pra quem está em outro país , a localização não é tão boa ,mas fica umas 10 quadras do obelisco , tem que ver o custo com Uber, o café da manhã é simples .
