Central, comfortable and inexpensive

A well-situated and comfortable hotel in a good neighborhood. Has the atmosphere of old Buenos Aires. Fast check-in and attentive reception. A very good deal for the price, would stay again.

The hotel is located in a noisy area (not the hotel’s fault, just saying) but apart from that my stay was perfect! This is a boutique hotel that has been renovated and maintained very well. The elevator is very small so be prepared to take the stairs during busy morning hours. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires.

This is a very, very old private home converted into a hotel with very basic facilities and old fashioned beds and furniture. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and doing the best they can in a very old building. In particular, Cynthia and Luis are very helpful in every way. We will never stay again in a poorly maintained place like this.

O hotel é bem localizado, e o preço é muito bom. Tivemos problemas com o primeiro quarto que nos alocaram que estava com as cortinas manchadas pelo que aparentava ser umidade, e também o mesmo aparentava estar fechado por algum tempo, ocasionando uma forte alergia.Me parece que os quartos com mais de uma cama não tem alta rotatividade nem procura, de modo que aparentemente acabam negligenciados nesse aspecto. Entramos então em contato com a recepção que nos alocou em outro quarto menor porém com janelas, o que resolveu o problema da alergia que estávamos passando. As camareiras limparam e arrumaram o quarto perfeitamente durante a estadia, e fizeram no geral um bom serviço. Convém ao hotel remover as cortinas de tempos em tempos e enviá-las para uma limpeza profissional, de modo a evitar que bolores se propaguem neles. Com relação ao antendimento, os funcionários do hotel sempre foram cordiais e nos ajudaram na medida do possível. Quando fizemos o check-out presenciamos uma discussão entre uma hóspede que estava tentando fazer o check-in e a recepcionista do hotel, o que nos causou algum constrangimento quando começaram a se agredir verbalmente, de resto não tivemos outros problemas.

Bem ruim

Muito barulho no quarto, devido a um problema, segundo eles, "com a máquina de ar condicionado". Tive duas noites horríveis por isso, e nem um "sentimos muito" ou pedido de desculpas para confortar. Pelo contrário, me foi cobrada uma meia estadia no final por um checkout depois do horário, e chamada de "muito rica", porque paguei em dinheiro, me sentindo desrespeitada. Os quartos deixam a desejar, com luz entrando pelas portas de vidro e muita sujeira no ar condicionado (como se vê na foto).
