"Room is with generous size, well decorated. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They all come with smiles and sincere gesture. The atmosphere is real cozzy and gave you a relaxed stay."

"Tutto non andava faceva schifo , tutto sporco in 13 giorni non hanno pulito mai la camera non c’era sapone shampoo e carte igienica il brekfast faceva schifo e si doveva fare fuori al freddo e le tazze e i piatti erono sporchi"

"This is a lovely resort - definitely one of the best in/outside of Kathmandu. The staff were also great and the spa treatment was standout. The room was very comfortable with amazing bedding - we appreciated that a lot! Another highlight was sundowners on the helipad with a 360 view. I wouldn't rate the place 5 stars only because a few areas need improvement - when you looked closely at things, you could see some cheap construction... Also the sauna/steam rooms were really gross, we skipped after a walk through... They really need to be completely re-done."
