The hotel is in a amazing location close to a really nice resturant called paprika . The staff were excellent and would do anything to help you. Out room was amazing and me and my boyfriend loved the stay will be going back .

Well refurbished hotel in great location

Very nicely refurbished small hotel with nice design. Right beside hero square with great public transportation connectivity to everywhere. They could spend a bit more attention to details so the hotel stays in this condition for long ( like cleaness of carpet, tiles and between in bathroom)

Nice boutique hotel with a cosy style

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is renovated from an old building with elegant style. The inside is very modern and clean. There is even a lift installed. Room is clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities (except slipper). Breakfast is good with enough choices. Location is right opposite to Hero Square and close to metro station. There are not many restaurants close by the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner.

A superb hotel in a great area in Budapest

It is a wonderful hotel. IN the middle of everything. The metro station is 1 minute away. not to mention a great area. Service in the hotel is brilliant. They are all trying to be as helpful as possible. A gem, really :))) the only minus I can think of is that there is no music channel in the room. Nor BBC World :)))

Great location right next to City Park and a tube stop. Lovely hotel with large rooms. Great wi-fi reception everywhere. Friendly staff, even happy to serve drinks at 4am!

Hotel veramente bello e pulito situato in una zona residenziale e molto ben collegata al centro dalla vicinissima metropolitana. Unico neo la receptionist che ci ha accolti all'arrivo. Molto sgarbata e scontrosa. Il resto del personale invece è stato sempre disponibile.

Hotellet ligger veldig fint til rett ved Heltenes plass. Det er noe støy fra veien med ambulanser og biler men kort vei til Metroen, parken og også muligheter for å gå til sentrum. Hygelig hjelpsom betjening, greie rom. God frokost i rent ryddig lokale.

Room was very old fashioned in style, but not in a good way. The furniture, carpet and so on were worn out with permanent stains and marks on them. Room had a funny damp smell, which bit into my clothes and hair. Thick layer of dust on the headboard.

Hotel was excellent and staff was very helpful. I was disappointed upon arrival as the type of room reserved was not available, but the hotel compensated this issue by providing complimentary breakfast during our 2-night stay (not included in reservation).

Ideaal voor een citytrip, vlakbij het Heldenplein en den metro.

5 dagen Budapest is voldoende, alles gezien! Hotel logt aan een drukke weg maar weinig geluidshinder in de kamer. Kamerdeuren maken veel lawaai indien men ze laat dichtvallen. Ontbijt was supplementair (12€pp) hebben we niet genomen. Heel behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie.

Solo traveller delight.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. it was conveniently located in Hero Square. bathroom looks great I love the towel warmer. and my bed was very comfortable. You can walk around to check the sites, the famous first Cat Cafe is very close by. The bank is four blocks away but there is an ATM right in front if the hotel. if you arrive late at night and have luggage you don't want to carry up the front steps you can go in the back through the gate and there is an elevator. Attila and Barbera were very nice at the front desk reception; they went above and beyond. Breakfast was great with wide selection even champagne. Make sure to check out miniversum (miniature world) if you are close by. be advised the rooftop terrace can only be accessed by those suites located on those top floors.

High level, recently restored hotel. Excellent interiors, optimal location, walk distance from Szechenyi Baths. Gentle personnel available day and night.
