La chambre est spacieuse, le personnel agréable. Il n'y avait pas de savon dans la chambre, il faisait très chaud, obligés d'ouvrir les fenêtres, le service au dîner très long, voire interminable. Le lit parfois non fait ou les draps jonchent le seul.

Abgewohnt, die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung dringend gebrauchen. Sauberkeit ist mittelmäßig. Es war sehr laut, da viele junge Sportler im Hotel untergebracht sind.

La struttura è ben collegata ai mezzi ad ogni lato dell hotel. Ovviamente soddisfatto per la funzionalità che ha avuto ma non è assolutamente in centro come descritto, partendo dal fatto che si trovi a buda. Per il resto è un 4 stelle sopravvalutato.. arriverei a chiudere due occhi ad un 3 stelle: camere arredate anni 90 con segni evidenti di usura nella vasca e lavandino, armadi del conte draculava, riscaldamento che non si puó regolare. di notte fa quasi troppo caldo. Al momento del check-in alla una di notte abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua ad un ragazzo alquanto scorbutico in reception il quale ci ha detto che dovevamo uscire a prendercela (nella sala dietro di lui si intravedeva una cisterna di acqua piena con rubinetto e bicchieri). Chiedendo se magari nel frigo bar in camera ci poteva essere ci è stato risposto che non tutti i piani vengono riforniti. Rassegnati, ci rechiamo in camera dove troviamo birra e acqua in frigo. Sarà stata una ‘nottata no’ per il ragazzo ai check in, ma avendolo fatto presente il giorno successivo mentre ritiriamo la cartina della città, chiediamo i servizi ed orari dell hotel (le pochissime cose che vengono spiegate quando si ricevono le chiavi della camera; cosa non avvenuta alla una di notte con l amico scorbutico) , il signore che appariva di una cerata esperienza lavorativa alle spalle ci ignora e cambia discorso. Si riesce a dormire bene ed in silenzio anche se nei materassi si sprofonda dentro. Un consiglio: togliete 1/2 stelle

Hotel datato, forse troppo per un 4 stelle, ma comunque con servizi molto buoni. Colazione al top. Abbastanza vicino al centro e comunque ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici. Il rapporto costi qualità è positivo. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

Schönes simples Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Nachts haben wir das Fenster gekippt, um Luft reinzulassen und sind ausgegangen. Als wir zurückkamen, waren die Wände und Decke voller Mücken, da der Fluss in der Nähe ist. Sonst war alles ok

Hotel má výbornú polohu. 2 min na zastávku električky č.17 a 61 ktoré Vás odvezú priamo na zastávku metra žigmund Móric ( dve zastávky ). Posteľ bola veľká a pohodlná, výborné bohaté raňajky teplé aj studené, ovocie, sladké, veľa druhov pečiva. Každodenne upratovanie, čisté uteráky, ktoré sú kvalitne vypraté. Ja vrelo odporúčam tento hotel V lete tam musú byť krásny výhľad na veľký park pod hotelom

A szállodai lobby és étterem területe nagyon impozáns, gyönyörű a karácsonyi díszítéssel. A szoba viszont nagyon szocreál, kicsi és nem modern a fürdő. A szoba nem 4 csillag. Szép helyen van, az ellátás is kitűnő.

It's not a modern hotel but if you're not expecting that then it's fine. Clean and functional. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly; bar staff not so much. No wi-fi in room. Good location with tram line just up the road, walking to centre was 20 mins. Easy and quick check in and out.

The attitude of staff - very rude bell boy - playing on his tablet and was almost bothered that we asked to call a taxi for us. The breakfast wasn’t so great , same stuff every day pretty boring and not many variety . We will not go back there again

In need of a proper rufurbishment

Great location, quiet neighborhood but very close to city downtown. Hotel has everything you may need but definitely need a proper refurbishment to bring to 2019 style. Common areas look aged, so the rooms and the bathrooms do. Breakfast is ok, could improve more variety. At current condition prices are OK.
