"The property was fine and the breakfast was very adequate. My only complaint would be that the toilet should have been a little higher. Being elderly and tall, I really had a hard time getting back off of the commode as it was too low. Grab bars would have been nice."

"Hotel was modern and better than expected. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall a good stay if you just want a change of scenery. Regarding food, we went to Guy Fieri for dinner one night and the food was bland. However, went offsite to the Frogtown Chophouse it was delicious."

"First of all the paying for parking was just stupid. I am paying you for me to park my own car? The beds were like 20 years old and the springs were broke. Pillows were flat! All of the lights were way too bright and nothing for a night light. The sink in the room for the bath room was a dumb idea. The toilet seat was falling off, toilet paper dispenser was rusted. Shower curtain didn’t even close all the way. The bathroom design in general was way too small and the sink should have been in there . Carpet was run down and needs to be replaced. Looks as if someone is just collecting the funds and charging more for extras and living high on life and not updating the lodge. For the price I paid it was ok but nothing saying wow and making me want to return and the dining options were just priced way too high. The buffet, 35 dollars per person? I seriously don’t each that much food and my daughter doesn’t do the gourmet stuff and neither do I. Maybe lower your prices and people might want to eat there. I seen a lot of people bringing their own food and as did we and even went into town to find cheaper options. "

"I find it ridiculous that a property charging $300/night for a room charges an additional $25/night for parking. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. "

"From breakfast to the bar to the pool, everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were amazing so respectful, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. My kids got to make s’mores in the back and we even had a small BBQ, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was one girl bartender and two front desk guys who came off a bit rude maybe they were having a rough week but aside from that, everything else was wonderful."

"The breakfast had all the items that my wife and I wanted. Everything was spotless and there were more than enough tables and chairs fort a reelaxing meal. The parking is in back of and to the side of the entrance only a few steps to the front doors with plenty of parking spaces. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenence folks were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel is located a few steps from the main street which makes everything you might want withing a few minutes away. All in all we would definitley stay here again. "
