Very disappointed…

The room was heated to 25C when I arrived, and the AC is very simple, as usual in Eastern Europe: it can heat in the wintertime and cool in the summertime. In the 4 days of my stay, I was not able to get the temperature down to a reasonable value, although I had the window open the entire time. There was too much warm air coming from the duct, even with the AC turned off. The hotel has several bars and restaurants, but all except one restaurant were closed! The menu at that restaurant is very short, but the food is good. The hotel is not within walking distance to the center! So if you’re looking for some entertainment in the evening, this is not where you want to stay. The WIFI signal in my room was very poor. My laptop was able to pick it up, the phone wasn’t.

It wasn’t anything special.. In the rooms, the housekeeper didn’t clean the room, didn’t pickup the garbage, didn’t make the room.. didn’t have tissues or much in the bathroom.. The parking was extra.. if we wanted to use the pool or the fitness center, we needed to pay a lot every day per person.. 15 euro per person, per day.. It was unbelievable..

This is still the best hotel in Bucharest.

It is still the best hotel in Bucharest, although some new rules and fees have been introduced regarding the use of the spa and parking and that there is no room service during the night. The reception staff is excellent, especially Cristina B and Robert.

Pagué mas por habitacion superior con cama de matrimonio. Me dieron una habitacion con dos mini camas. Solicité el cambio alegando el pago extra y mendieron un habitacion con las dos mini camas....juntas...ale ahi esta la cama de matrimonio.... La cena del restaurante pésima todo recalentado. Recomiendo sea ultima alternativa....

The coffee was super, unique.Front desk staff 10*.The two guys from the pool that worked on November 5,2019 pm at 3: 30pm tried to lie to us and asked for money. They said the pool wasn't included in the price. After all, they reduced the price and we paid only 100 lei at first they asked for 180 lei. They didn't give us the receipt and the same thing they did with our friends. They didn't deserve to work in a hotel like this. I’ll come back.Thank you!

Rin Grand 자체는 호텔로써 충분한 역할을 하고 있습니다. 다만 여행객으로서 아위운 점은 호텔 주변에 도보로 이동하여 접근할 수 있는 편의시설이 전혀 없다는 점입니다. 호텔 레스토랑 음식이 가격에 비해 맛이 떨어지는 점도 아쉬운 점 가운데 하나. 그렇지만 전반적으로 만족.

Nice clean hotel rip-off gym prices.

Hotel was nice and clean. Not much or alot to donoutside the hotel nothing around it. The bad thing is you have to pay €15 per day to use the gym and facilities. It's the first hotel I have been to that as a resident of the hotel you have to pay to use the gym. €15 for a hour or so in the gym is a rip off.

Huge, modern hotel, good spa

Junior suite is nice, modern and big. But the hvac did not work so it was too hot in the room and could not be adjuste. Breakfast is ok, many options. The gym was not compkimentary which was not clear to me. But otherwise it is big, well equiped and the spa is really good.

4 star hotel about 10mins taxi ride from old town and far side of the city so costs more to get there from the airport. It's a fairly standard 4 star with a very slow check in and out service, small and over priced bar but rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Lots of coach parties staying whilst I was there so I avoided breakfast . Shops on site and next door to a small retail outlet. It's ok bit I wouldn't choose if visiting as a tourist because of its location and nothing for kids to do.

Sehr umfangreiches Buffet, relativ geräumiges Zimmer, obwohl es ein unglaublich riesiges Hotel ist. Es gibt auch Geschäfte im Hotel, die teilweise sehr gute Einkaufszeiten haben. Sauberkeit im Bad ist sehr gut und auch die Funktionalität ist positiv. Das Hotel ist besonders für Geschäftsreisende und auch für Kongressbesucher geeignet.

Habe das Hotel nur aufgrund des ausgezeichneten Gyms gewählt. Das zweite Mal mit dem Essen reingefallen ( Frühstück ausgenommen ). Die Abflüsse im Bad riechen sehr stark und abhängig der Wassernutzung wird es schlimmer oder lässt etwas nach. Überlege mir ob ich es wiederholt buchen werde
