The rooms were outdated but more than suitable for our stay. Some staff members were more than helpful. Howevér, others would stop us to ask if we were guests of someone and had no idea we had checked in on Friday afternoon - this was Sunday morning.

Airport stay

Very spacious and had everything we needed, nice balcony. Just needed a 1 night stay after landing at the airport and was made to feel quite comfortable in this room. Only criticism is that the ramp is far to steep on the entrance when trying to get a suitcase up/down so not sure how wheelchair friendly it is. Other than that great stay for the price!

Très bien

Hôtel très bien, calme malgré la proximité de la voie de chemin de fer. Prix correct. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle même s’il manque quelques assiettes. Literie confortable et salle de bain avec baignoire parfaite

Breakfast was good, but as I was checking out, the receptionist was adamant that breakfast was not included and would be an extra 25 lei per person. When I insisted that she double check she finally found that it was included as we had paid for it with our reservation.She apologised but just be aware of whether or not it is included.

Its okay, a little bit far from the city center, but near the airport. if you are not using the airport... then its far from the train station and bus terminal, but that fact is not a minus since the public transport in Bucharest is relatively efficient.

Nice hotel enjoy room size

Large room size with nice kitchen area and all white goods are working well. Even though the tv unfortunately could not receive signal, it can be easily connected to my apple tv and the wifi speed is very good.

Terrible!!!

They gave us the keys of an apartment that was already occupied, they switched the apartment but the moment was really uncomfortable and we felt very unsafe. Cleaning was bad in general but the worst was the daily "cleaning" (which they forgot to do some days), they only empty the trash can, that is all. There wasn't watter one of the days and there was no answer from the reception, no previous communication or stimated time for the solution. Kitchen equipment was old and as well as the curtains. Traying to ask something from the reception was very difficult since not all of them speak English.
