Nice hotel, friendly staff

Just spent two nights at this small boutique hotel and it was a really nice stay. The room was very clean. Comfort was OK. The location was OK too. The staff was wonderful, very courteous.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Room was spotless no complaints.... reception spoke little english but managed to help. Close to old town by taxi.

it wasnt too bad

we had a good time dining out was cheap and the food was good. Traffic was crazy at all times, the metro was easy to use and realatively cheap as was surface transport. However DO NOT delay in activating your Activ card on buses trolleys or trams inspectors wear plain clothes and I'm sure they target tourists as I was fined a hefty 50 lei fine for my delay, just under a tenner but possibly a lot to the locals. On the whole a really good trip.

Hyggelig hotell i Bucarest

En natts opphold på veldig pent og komfortabelt hotell. God størrelse på rommene selvom hotellet ellers ikke var stort. Sentralt beliggende. Veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Hyggelige unge mennesker med gode engelskkunnskaper.

Decent hotel decent price

This is a boutique hotel, well kept at a good price. Parking on street was readily available. They may have a private parking area but did not ask. Staff was friendly and helped with city info. Breakast was ok, nothing great. Location is about 15-20 minutes walk from center. There were not any dining options nearby, but a mini mart about a minute walking distance.

Elite ambience

Well presented, nice artwork, quality furniture. The staff speak good English, breakfast was excellent and a supermarket is 3 minutes walk. I asked the staff to book a tour for me and some procrastination resulted in me missing the tour altogether, but another tour was recommended and and it was an ample replacement. Other than that it was a perfect stop in Bucharest and I hope to go back.

Vet ikke helt hva jeg skal si...

Jeg og min venn - som kom fra Bulgaria - ankom hotellet midt på natten. Der ble vi møtt av en stiv dame, som riktignok utførte ´jobben´ sin, dvs. ga oss hver vår nøkkel og hjalp oss opp trappene (ingen heis!) med en av våre tre kofferter. Vi kom ikke i seng før kl. 05.00 og sov bare tre timer før jeg gikk til frokostrommet som var i et bittelite (!) rom der det var oppstilt pakker med kjeks smør og syltetøy og lite annet, og ingen andre gjester. Jeg ble tilbudt en kopp kaffe, som kom, men ble fjernet da jeg et øyeblikk måtte forlate rommet for å se til min venn som var blitt syk. Jeg fikk en ny kopp, som også ble fjernet da jeg igjen var ute et øyeblikk. Da jeg kom tilbake var rommet lukket og låst og en serveringsdame sa at "Sånn er reglementet". Pga. vennens sykdom besluttet vi å dra tilbake til Bulgaria for å få legehjelp, betalte for en natt til en nå ny, meget sympatisk resepsjonsdame og dro. Bildet og beskrivelsen på Hotel.com overensstemte lite med virkeligheten, noe som kanskje skyldtes at hotellet var halvt nedlagt, evt. på randen av konkurs? På døren til fronten som var lukket, stod det i alle fall en plakat med "Til leie". Jeg mener likevel at hotellet kan anbefales til yngre turister som ikke er så nøye på det.

Nice Small Hotel

When traveling I prefer small hotels that are close to city center. Hotel Reginetta 2 certainly met my expectations. Quiet area but still only a short walk to city center. Nice size room as well nice bathroom. Simple but adequate breakfast. I would certainly stay here again.

Great experience

A total surprise. Very clean, very roomy and very comfortable. Area was not great but an easy walk to everything you need. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I would go back or recommend anytime. Quiet, clean and reasonable. Good food also and quaint.

Nice hotel in center of Bucharest

I was surprised to find a 'single' room + breakfast for $50 /night. This is a very reasonable price, and the hotel is unexpectedly lovely. Pleasant walk to University Square, some nice outdoor restaurants in the area. Traditional/aristocratic feel. The hotel is very clean. I absolutely recommend it to a friend.

Nice and welcoming hotel

We were there for two nights. It felt very nice and was very quiet and comfort. 15 min. to piata universitate by foot. Breakfast is fine and the staff are nice people.
