We’ve stayed here eight years ago and decided to stay here again and wee glad we did again. The rooms are beautiful and very cleaned and includes nice amenities. The bar area is absolutely beautiful to enjoy an evening cocktail.

Family suite is two rooms. Ours was great and had a wonderful balcony. Can get very hot, but they gave us fans. It is within walking distance of the touristy areas and near the metros. Easy to get to from Zuid trains station. Brussels is a see it once and that is enough. But easy to get out to Bruges and Ghent. If we went back to Brussels we would consider this hotel.

Lovely hotel, with more traditional design which was quite refreshing. Located amongst the main shopping area and about 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas

We highly recommend this hotel. Staff members were efficient, polite and very friendly. The WIFI worked 100% of the time. The breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive. The room was clean and of decent size. The location was perfect as we could walk to all the tourist sites + wonderful and beautiful lobby.

The rooms are spacious with big beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast selection was very good and was constantly topped up. The hotel is in a convenient location for the main tourist spots, such as Grand Place, and for travel links for the trams, metro, traibs and buses.

The Le Plaza hotel in Brussels felt glamourous! The property is really well maintained and clean. The aesthetics of the hotel are incredible and it felt like a unique experience to stay here. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was MASSIVE. I couldn't believe how big the room and especially the bathroom was. Wow. The location is also very central and we could walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly especially the woman who checked us in. She was super accommodating and helpful. My only request would be for staff to acknowledge people if they are waiting in line at the front desk. We tried to get information a bit later on in the day and it was confusing because while two people appeared to be working at the front desk, only one person was actually addressing the guests. A quick hello, I'll be right with you would proactively let us know that someone will be with us soon. But everyone who helped us were very kind and friendly!
