Amazing B&B, very clean, spacious rooms, in perfect location and has everything needed. The instructions were very clear and we didn't have any issues. Bear in mind, the stairs are very narrow, might be tricky for some

Property in a conveniently central postition. Very clean and beautifully decorated, with excellent breakfast. Only warning is steep stairs to rooms, that large suitcases would be difficult to carry up.

Great area to explore Brussels. Simple check in once details arrived, able to leave luggage if arriving early. Easy access to metro stations. Superb restaurants within walking distance. Quiet area. Minor downsides ... Tricky stairs to manoeuvre larger luggage, breakfast stock often low to zero, may of been other guests using all.

Great BnB in’s great location. Recommended.

Quite a delightful find close to many restaurants, friendly night life and the main squares. Very clean with upstairs quarters offering a coffee pod machine and kettle with their necessaries. Plenty of space and very comfortable bed. Very kind and helpful host carried our suitcases up and presented us with the most generous breakfast downstairs in living quarters. Plenty of supplies here. Such a shame we could not stay longer. A short taxi trip to train station & airport

We had a lovely 3 night stay,the host was lovely and friendly and available if we had any problems. The location couldn't have been more perfect,in a lovely area close to loads of bars and restaurants which were very handy. It was only a 5-10 min walk to Grand Place and a 2 min walk from the metro. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options available. Our room was a great size,the bathroom is open into the bedroom which is not a problem for couples but not somewhere I'd stay with a friend/relative because of this as it wasn't private. We'd definitely stay here again if back in Brussels!

Pros: great location - very close to st Catherine’s cathedral, St Catherine Metro station, and Grand-Place. Easy to get in and out of house based on instructions - felt safe. When you enter there’s a kitchen nook with snacks and water to grab and go. You cannot cook anything. Management is responsive over what’s app. Cons: no elevator, the staircase in the house is extremely narrow and winding in that it only the width of one person. I had suitcases so this made it impossible to carry to the 3rd floor solo. I left them in the main area in the entrance and had to take out essentials. The tv didn’t work, the espresso machine didn’t work, the safe in the room didn’t work. The common areas were somewhat clean but could have been better maintained (saw cobwebs under the table when I went to charge my phone). I wouldn’t stay here again because of the lack of an elevator, and basic items that didn’t work.

No es un hotel, son solo 3 habitaciones una por piso, nadie te atiende y no tienes contacto humano, solo te dan claves para abrir, las escaleras están demasiado reducidas, alguien con maleta grande no sube. Se indica que incluye el desayuno pero solo hay pan, una máquina de café que no sirve y un poco de fruta echándose a perder, eso no se puede llamar desayuno. La habitación es de buen tamaño y cómoda, tiene muy buena ubicación a 10 minutos de la gran plaza. Jamás me volvería a hospedar aqui

El hotel está en una zona tranquila, pero cerca del centro. Lo peor fue la entrada. No hay recepción y tardaron en contestarnos al WhatsApp. Además de dejar el equipaje en la entrada sin ningún tipo de supervisión. La habitación está bien.

Renholdet var dårlig, men noe bedre i selve rommene. Kaffemaskinen fungerte ikke. Oppholdet selges med frokost, men det meste er innpakket kjeks eller cornflakes som har stått der lenge. Beliggenheten er bar.

Fabulous, quirky little B & B. Lovely host who organised a delicious continental breakfast each money. Loads to chose from. Had the best few nights in a long time. Location was perfect nice and peaceful for a relaxing stay and yet within easy walking distance of literally just about everything! Underground just at the end of the street if you needed to travel a little further out. We still have loads to see so will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again. .

Excelente quarto e localização!

A hospedagem possui uma excelente localização, pois além de diversos bares e restaurantes a poucos passos, fica a 700m da Grand-Place e do Manekin-Pis, e aproximadamente 1km da estação central. O quarto é bastante amplo, possui frigobar, cofre, máquina nespresso e cama muito confortável. O café-da-manhã é bem servido, inclusive por duas funcionárias muito simpáticas e prestativas, sendo uma delas brasileira. Li alguns comentários relacionados as escadas, que de fato podem ser um problema para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldade na locomoção, mas pra nós não gerou dificuldades. Por se tratar de uma data comemorativa, fiz um pedido especial a Apostolou, proprietário do estabelecimento, que o atendeu com maestria, nos deixando muito felizes e agradecidos!

Pros and Cons

First, the rooms were prefect, except that the coffee bar needed napkins. However, this fact is offset by what is in actually a very steep, narrow staircase. Do not stay here if you are not in very good shape. We booked 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Second, someone should have been there to help with bags given the stair issue, We received an email the night before giving us the code to the door, a notice that keys would be in our rooms, and notice that they/he hoped to see us the next morning at breakfast. The key wasn't in my aunt's room. I emailed the owner, who ran over another key to her room and left without meeting us both or going over terms of stay. The owners were not there the next morning for breakfast. Third, the owners never showed up to deal with paperwork or payment. We had tickets on the 6:30 a.m. train, so we left at 5:30 a.m. I assumed they would charge my card, but instead received a message stating that even though we had left in the night, we still had to pay - as if we skipped out on our bill! I explained the situation and he insisted that we pay the amount directly into his bank account, which was a bit difficult given that we were traveling at the time. To be clear, if we had been able to meet with the owner(s), much of this could have been avoided. In summary, rooms are great, but difficult to access and customer service virtually non-existent.

Excellent room/location, with important caveats.

The B&B is located 1 min from the subway (2 stops from the train central station), and 5-10 mins walk to the Grand Place. The entrance and the 3 rooms face a small narrow road (almost an alley), adjoining roads with restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is served in the common ground floor room and is a collection of cheese, jams, croissants/breads, coffee/cappuccino/tea, yoghurt, fruits, cookies and cereals (some items and water are always available to the guests). No eggs and bacon or other hot meals are offered. The owner is very nice and speaks English. The room on the 3rd floor we were in was in mint condition, extremely clean and roomy: coffee machine, flat TV with accessible HDMI, (loud) A/C, speedy Wifi (30-40Mbps UL/DL), big shower, welcome pralines and complimentary water in a fridge, window facing the roofs with plenty of natural light were available. IMPORTANT: The stairs to the rooms are *extremely* steep and narrow, with everything that implies (especially safety-wise)... Bringing upstairs anything bigger than a cabin trolley will be very difficult. The windows on the staircase cannot be opened. No fire extinguishers/sprinklers are available in the room/common room/staircase. This seems to be common in Brussels (as we saw in restaurants), although everything is wood... The very loud AC meant we had to keep it off and the window open instead: you will hear the noises of the below streets teeming people in pubs and restaurants until very late (2-3 am).
