Had changed owners recently. Not name we booked under. Room next to us covered In plywood. Weeds growing through cracks in parking areas. TV would not work.

The room was large, the beds adequate, it was well lit outside the room. Was great to have a small frig. It looked like it could use some overall repairs and the lighted facility sign outside needed some bulbs replaced. But in this small town I’m certain Covid was very hard on the functioning of the facility. We had to circle the site and guess where the check in area was. Once we found that it was good.

Dusty. There are still left over foods in the fridge when we arrived, this simply means they did not clean the whole room. The bed sheets smells old and not washed. I totally regret my decision to have our stop over here because we did not get a good sleep. So if I am you, don’t book your stay here. You can save money but you can’t sleep well. (Just an honest review)
Quiet, clean and comfortable. The office was a little tricky to find. Enjoyed my stay.

Good for the price
The hotel room itself was nice, clean room, comfortable beds, mini fridge, coffee and TV. The exterior looked run down with over grown grass and the random chairs outside the rooms. The office person was pleasant. For a $55 room i was happy with it. The resteraunt looked deserted so we did not eat there. Nice selection of items in the office store.

Was ok
Was basically pretty clean. Carpet was stained, but it was a pretty decent place. Was very surprised considering the rate.

Meh. It was cheap.
Can't expect much from a cheap motel so it is what it is. However, they would go a long way by investing in some curved shower curtain rods so someone larger than a small child can shower without the curtain sticking to them. Some necessary repairs of bathroom fans would be good too. We had 3 rooms and not one fan worked in any of them.
Quiet location. Good access to restaurant and convenience store and close to other restaurants and services. Good value.

Got there at 10:00 and there's no lobby and no front desk! You check in next door and it closes at 9. Call and you get a recording which translates to being screwed if getting there late. What a joke.

This was a decent enough place to stay. Reminder to those traveling here that you check in at the gas station convenience store. Our room was good enough. There were some stains on the carpet and a previous guest left us 3 burrs, but otherwise good enough for a small town in Western Nebraska! One big plus; the breakfast in the morning wasn't a buffet, but half off on menu items. And, their portions are HUGE. They were breaking in a new register system, so things were a bit slow, but since we had time, it wasn't a big deal to us.

Number 11 was a sea of dog pee. Hard to see the good parts but there were some. Needs a good cleaning including checking the room for bed bugs.

Older motel; carpet was stained. Otherwise it seemed okay.
The room was nice overall, very large. However, the day was hot and we had just come from a picnic so we were hoping for someplace cool. The air conditioner did not cool the room. It seemed to be working but the temperature never went down and fan was low even when set on high, almost like it was preset. Also the key to the room would not unlock the door. A visit to the office, we were told about an inside door, which the key did unlock.
Very good stay. Helpful staff. Nice to have the restaurant on site. Very good value for the money. The only downer was that I was not able to watch TV even after getting new batteries for the remote.I think it was broke.
We got a free breakfast at the restaurant that was a real breakfast! I had an omelet that was to die for and my grandkids got pancakes in the shape of MicKey Mouse. So so sweet. And the room was comfortable. The beds were not very soft but we made due.
There is something nice about being able to pull right up to your room, especially if you have a lot of bags/gear that need to be handled carefully. Pretty standard motel, fridge, microwave, beds were firm, which I prefer over "luxury" softness. The fact that it's also paired with a restaurant/convenience store is great. Your door opens up to the river view, which has a nice calming morning effect. My only recommendation is for a coffeemaker in room.
