"Rooms were lovely and modern. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety. The only drawback was shuttle cost and does not run all the time so had to book it earlier than we would have liked"

"We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "
