"Gym and spa is fantastic. Cocktail bar is very nice but service can be a little slow. Weirdly only two packets of milk per day so the coffee machine is largely useless. Needs to be significantly more. Bed was mostly comfy. Balcony area is nice. Generally a very good hotel but a few areas require improvement "

"We had a great stay in LOFT when visiting Bratislava. The location is good, close to train station and old town. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are super nice and helpful. "

"Good size room, helpful staff and large choice of food at breakfast. Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting. The only suggestion was to open the window which helped a bit but it couldn’t be left open overnight. "

"A splendid boutique hotel located in a quiet corner of the old town in Bratislava. Rooms were well appointed with an opulent feel and the beds were comfortable with a choice of luxurious pillows. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice of options and the staff were lovely: friendly, attentive and helpful. The adjacent restaurant was great value with high quality food beautifully presented. A lovely hotel that I’m happy to recommend. "

"Great location of hotel to the old town. Bus route right outside the front doors. Excellent range of choices for breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping. Great spa - Finnish Sauna and Steam Room open until 11pm. Massage treatments available, although I did not use. Equipped gym also open to guests. Nice public bar as you enter the hotel. All good, no complaints. This is the second time I have stayed in the Falkensteiner Bratislava, and I would happily return. "
