The room was bad, old furnishings, broken wall mounted accessories in the bathroom.
Hair drier stoped working after 30 seconds - guess it was only a sample.
No wall sockets on any side of the bed, no light switches that you can turn on or of from the bed…
Water pressure in the shower was good, temperature just acceptable.
Breakfast is good and the staff was ok there.
Reception staff is unpleasant and unprepared.
Will only visit again if I have no other choice.
Extremely loud creaky bed with every weight shift while sleeping. Cigerette smoke, which was "fixed" for a few hours with air freshener, but xame right back. Very noisy from conference room dowm hall used late into evening and also very noisy from many smokers on balconies late at night. Breakfast had 2 kinds of eggs, but not many choices if you don't like eggs.
Excellent sejour dans cet établissement très accueillant.
Le restaurant offre un grand choix dont des specialites locales et asiatiques

Liked: Room comfort
With just a little effort things could get better.
I have been here before but the quality of service has definitely downgraded. I was very disappointed to see the staff do not impose any covid measures (only 3 people were wearing face masks in the entire hotel and the receptionist did not ask the person cheking in just before me and who was not wearing a mask for her green certificate)
So.. non-existing covid measures at this hotel. The breakfast was another disaster with people piling up to get food and no social distancing. But I can not blame the staff in this case as the quality of people visiting has also downgraded. Breakfast was not extremely offering especially for vegetarians like us. The only good thing about the hotel is its stunning views from the balconies. Will not come back here next time I'm in the area. The rate was higher than in a Dubai 4* hotel in December. The only consolation is that I paid using my rewards night.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
no toilet brush at the rooö
no shower handle mounting on the shower wall
hot water was blocked and flowing like in hostels...
staff were great and helpful
breakfast was very good
Pros:
- the room was big
- walkable distance from the hotel to the gondola.
Cons:
- the breakfast area was very crowded and most of the people were not wearing masks (apparently the staff didn’t have a problem since they were allowed to walk through the hotel without mask)
- big issues with dinner serving. Some people waited 3h for their food, we ate toasted bread with tea;
- the bathroom was not very clean.
Clean, warm and nice. Not modern but more than decent.

The rooms are dated, but clean, the stuff is friendly, the breakfast is a little bit simplistic - juice machine is horrible :), but works to start your day.

I am going there for at least ten years now. it used to be better, now is Ok. I don't like you forcing me to write when I don't want to.
This is the best place in the region. The view from the room is adorable, siting in the morning at the balcony and see the forest and the mountains gives the filling that "you are in top of the world".
The room are very large, and well arranged. All the furniture are wooden, but soft and rich. Amazing and lovely staff and great restaurant, with a real masterchef! Really is worth the money!
Very bad conditions, for such a big price; was a big dissapointment starting with from the reception staff and continue with the room facilities, dirty toilet, broken shower, unfunctional TV, smelly room,SPA facilities not availlable ,poorly breakfast but all these for a huge price per night.
In spite of best efforts of hotel staff I must say that this is not a 4 stars hotel. But they do offer enough for the price. I guess the 4-stars rating raises your expectations when it would be fairer to say the hotel is 3 stars. It would still be worth the price. The views are spectacular indeed. The local atmosphere (people, facilities) is, however, rather that of ostentatious pretence. If you don't mind that, it's definitely worth a try.
