We stayed in the suites on the 9th floor this time. It was way more comfy than the regular rooms. The balcony was awesome as well as jetted tub. Although the carpet in hallways were still disgusting and smelly. Plumbing was also slow. Beds and linens were comfy and clean. I won’t go back unless they renovate.

Loved the hotel and its location. The Buffett breakfast was very good. Didn’t use the pool or bar but being used by many other guests. My only beef was with the check in process, with the size of this hotel, a staff of 2 was not sufficient. Waited over 15 minutes for the check in process, waited another 10 minutes as the original keys did not work.

It was ok. The free breakfast was great, it was the best part of the stay. The beds were horrible, sheets would stay on the mattress and uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were small and very overcrowded and dirty. Slow elevators. All in all the room was clean but I would not stay again.

Location was excellent. The mattresses were old. We had to change rooms 3 times to get a decent mattress. We requested 3 times for our room to be cleaned and finally got it cleaned. We reserved seats with the hotel for David on main floor of theatre 2 days in advance but got nosebleed balcony seats.
