Great for kids with all the activities on the property. Arcadebis a money pit so stay away. Buffet is decent not great but good for the money. Can hear what is going on outside from your room but we slept okay
We enjoyed our stay a lot the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and our kids ages 8 and 4 had a great time we rented the clubhouse room and I recommend that for any one with kids. My girls loved having there own little house and it came with a TV in there for them. Room was very clean the pool was nice as well as the water park. The only thing I didn't like was paying full price for breakfast after spending 575 on the room for two nights, it would have been nice for a free breakfast option. Other than that it was great.
The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a mostly negative experience.
Rooms are very clean. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Parking is convenient. Good walking distance of attractions. Has lots of entertainment on site. Easy access to swimming and hot tubs.
Clea room, so much to do and see for the family, the fun spot is so much fun! We absolutely loved the waterpark too!! The buffet is a great food option and we had a great time!!
My boyfriend, son and I stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The Grand Country Waterpark my son loved a d he also loved the Buffett for breakfast! There was a variety of foods to choose from. We will be staying again sometime soon. Definitely recommend!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Toilet was loose in the bathroom. It was loud when people walked around outside the rooms. The waterpark water was pretty cold along with a lot of things not working.
First stay for our family at Branson. Room was clean all the amenities seemed great for it being off season they were doing alot of work to the property and made plenty of noise early in the morning but we managed it. Staff kept trash empty and towels refreshed in our room. But keep your kids close by or the waterpark staff will verbally warn you and take the fun out of the experience. The only time we went into the buffet hall we got ran down by timeshare/travel people that weren't even with Grand Country. They seemed more like scam artist then providing an actual vacation opportunity and insulted me when I told them I would have to think about it. If it was up to me theres no amount of money that a timeshare/travel company could pay to be on the grounds. The indoor pool needs pool towels to make it more convenient then walking to the waterpark to get a towel to dry off. It was enjoyable and for the most part convenient having all the entertainment on the grounds.
