The Walserstuba apartment is located right in the center of Brand but is still quiet.



FACILITIES:



You will find an ancient belted floor and paneling as was common in Brand for centuries - carefully renovated with attention to detail. And yet, of course, there is no lack of all the modern equipment.



LOCATION:



The Dorfbahn – your entry into the Brandnertal ski area – can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Also the small Spar market, numerous restaurants, the golf course and the swimming lake in summer, as well as the ski schools and the practice lift in winter. There's no doubt about it: you can't find a more central and rustic accommodation in Brand - without having to give up anything.

The holiday resort of Brand is a unique all-season holiday destination. There are countless leisure opportunities in every season:



In summer there is an extensive hiking network with hikes of all levels of difficulty. Mountain peaks with breathtaking views give you a special kind of alpine experience.



An 18-hole golf course, 2 riding stables, an archery course, free outdoor sand tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, a free swimming lake, a climbing garden for young and old, guided hikes, the first and sometimes only bike park in Vorarlberg with fun sports equipment, countless alps and refuges, the Lünersee, which is under nature and landscape protection.



In winter, Brand offers everything a modern winter sports resort has to offer: a family-friendly ski area with slopes of all levels of difficulty, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, ski schools, sports schools, a varied leisure program, an ice skating rink,...



Wonderfully relaxing walks, lots of peace and a high relaxation factor characterize spring and late autumn.



Numerous restaurants - stand-alone and in the various hotels -, shops and wellness options are open to our guests all year round.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons totalement apprécié l appartement, son cachet et sa situation proche de tout dans le village et calme à la fois. On nous a régulièrement tenu informé des avancées de la réservation et du déroulement du check in. Tout a été facile pour nous. Nous sommes très satisfaits. On nous a envoyé nos guest card de réduction dans la région sans avoir rien demandé. C était très agréable. Franchement rien ne me viens comme ça. Peut être un verrou dans la salle de bains/wc. Mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

Unbedingt den Parkplatz anschreiben, welcher PP zu welcher Wohnung gehört. Ich musste 2mal Um parkieren. Der Bewohner/Eigentümer? Unterhalb der Wohnung hat Reklamiert das die ersten zwei PP seine sind.

Kleine Verbesserungen

Abfalleimer im Badezimmer sollte ersetzt werden. Dieser ist sehr schmutzig. Licht in Küche ist defekt. Duschbrause fällt runter da Halterung defekt.
